At the time when our startup had approached PickTech Innovations to redesign our site, we were in real nerves, as our former site was a relic, which was in the previous century, when we were attempting to transform into something new. Ever since the UI/UX team started, it is obvious that we were in the capable hands. They took the time to hear our vision, inquire of the questions that they needed to ask about the behavior of our customers, and created a modern and intuitive interface that our users find enjoyable to use. The mobile and desktop web design is completely responsive, the navigation is easy and we have received much less queries of Where is the checkout? by our customers. Not simply beautiful design - it made a real-life solution. Truly a gamechanger for us.

PickTech innovative assisted us in reinventing our social media presence. They have excavated our brand voice, target audiences, and developed campaigns that are organic and authentic to us.
