They are literally thieves who stole my money. Insisted on calling me and refused to give their phone number so I could call them. Do not use this platform, Their odds are also absolutely terrible and if you win they will refuse to pay you.

These guys have scammed me multiple times now. They simply do not want to pay you and only want allow you to lose. Ive won multiple times and tried to cash out and they try suspend your account and bs a way about how it breaches policy. They then ask for countless receipts and provided information which you then give and still there is an issue. The services takes days to weeks to come to a conclusion and still doesnt get resolved. They end up just lying and saying “we are refunding your initial bet” or whatever and not your bet win withdrawal and then ban you from picklebet forever.

Sounds like a struggling scamming broke company to me.

This picklebet company shit they just take your money. When you win huge money they simply block your account and they don’t respond to you. It’s perfectly scam pickle bet.

These guys are a complete joke, allow you to deposit money and say your account is verified. Next day they lock the account and say they need photos of ID and bank statement to verify, i supplied and still not good enough as the deposit was sitting as pending for a few days, so also provided screen shot of my bank app with the deposit. They then used the excuse that when a withdrawal is made they have grounds to verify who you are, even though no withdrawal was made and only a deposit. They are a shitty small betting company trying as hard as they can to hold on to people’s money. Don’t use as they are just collecting private data and trying to hold money from their users

These guys are literal frauds. I had trouble verifying a card due to Mastercard automatically blocking transactions and had to go through manual verification. I sent in bank statements and they put my account under review and kept requesting more and more documents including selfie photos, photo ID and placed every transaction in my statement under scrutiny. They accused a loan from a friend as money not mine and then after requesting many documents of which I complied by supplying closed my account and refused to pay out my winnings. These guys are frauds, breaking every AML rule and getting away with it in broad day light. Do not ever use.

The same race multi odds are far inferior compared to 2 or 3 other betting sites i viewed on particular races including all the codes horse, harness and dogs racing.

Do not use this betting agency unless you want to be given the run around trying to make a withdrawal and their odds are the worst I have ever seen. And they have denied access to my account while they review my documents, what a joke of a betting agency!! Just an update regarding this betting agency they sent an email regarding my banking details which is private and had nothing to do with my identification or deposits and withdrawal's, they queried deposits which had nothing to do with my betting they made accusations without saying it directly, I said I sent you my banking details and I wasn't hiding anything and they went through my personal banking asking me personal questions regarding other deposits which was none of their business, I'm angry at how they justified them going through my private banking statement for what a few hundred dollars talk about overstepping their bounds, I've closed my account and be warned this is not a good or even descent betting agency if they think it's ok to cause grief over a betting account.

Had an account for 4 years never had a win. Finally had a few wins and tried to withdraw my money and demanding all sorts of documents under AML laws. If they had suspicions of breaking AML laws they legally have 3 days to report it not wait for 4 years until I withdraw and use it as a way to try not pay out.

As per Picklebets tennis rules it states that in the event of a retirement , the player progressing to the next round is deemed as the "match winner". In my specific case there was no "progression to the next round" as it wasn't a knockout tournament. Both Players still progress to the next round. I was absolutely disgusted when they refused to payout my $800 winnings based on their own flawed misinterpretation of their own rules. They make the rules, then bend them in a way to suit their narrative.

They have 0 customer service skills too. No phone line. No manager to speak to. I am currently waiting 6 hours for a response to my concern... They play the waiting game in hope their customers will just give in and give up on their genuine concerns. Treats their customers like dirt. AVOID.

They locked my account and ask for loads of Docs under the impression I need to further verify my account. I took this to NT gambling and Luke Magnussan the NT compliance officer contacted telling me that Pickle Bet are allowed to ask for further ID and he was siding with them which was extremely unprofessional and bias based on false information. They make there own payout pools. Never have seen that before. All other websites pay depending what state you are in. I lost $100 on a trifecta bet. Since there payout was lower.

For your own good, stay away from them, those bonus bet is not worth it.

Be careful if you bet on player props, other sportsbook will refund if players are injured, not play, but they don’t. For example if you bet on a player to have a hit on MLB, player injured and not on starting lineup, they made one plate appearance but not at bat. Other bookies will refund you but they will keep your money.

For the people that see many “they requests for a lot of my documents as photo of me with ID and bank statement” it’s definitely ridiculous when you’re verified but it could happen. What extremely ridiculous is they ask statements of the account you deposit from (have to have 2 weeks of credits available) and the statement of account you’re withdrawing from. When you submit, you need to wait up to 5 business days for them to review it. So if you ever submit a withdrawal on a Friday night, you will have to wait 9 days for it.

Such an annoyed experience, they don't say in a clear way that the bonus will be taken back after a week, so basically I've been using my own money instead of the bonus. NEVER BETTING HERE AGAIN
