Was charged €120 in total after that.
For zero.
This should be illegal.
Your reply is hypocritical: because we have had contact on that exact mail adress.
You say you do'nt refund money.

Hidden account and unauthorized deduction
Hello, as i see i am not the only one having a problem with an unknow subscription. I paid 0.50 EUR on 3.02.2026 for getting a photo for an ID card. one day later, on 4.02.2026 i have noticed that a bigger amount, EUR 39,90 has been deducted from my credit card, for a subscription which i did not made. My request is to reimborse the EUR 39,90 to my credit card account immediately. Thank you!

Je vous écris pour ma commande du lundi 2 février vers 17h (0,50 €).
Aujourd'hui, le 4 février, je vois que vous demandez 39,90 € sur mon compte. Je ne savais pas qu'il y avait un abonnement. Je voulais juste une photo pour mon dossier à la préfecture, pour ma carte de statut de réfugiée.
Je suis une réfugiée ukrainienne et j'ai un enfant à charge ici avec moi en France. J'ai choisi votre site parce que c'était 0,50 €, ce qui est le moins cher que j'ai trouvé. Je n'ai pas d'argent pour payer 40 €. Pour moi, c’est l’argent pour manger (10 jours de courses pour nous).
S'il vous plaît, je vous demande :
De stopper l'abonnement tout de suite.
De me rembourser les 39,90 €.
Je n'ai pas utilisé votre service après la première photo. Je vous demande d'être compréhensifs face à ma situation difficile. Je fais l'objet de crises d'angoisse régulièrement et encore le fait qu'un site aux abonnements cachés me vole 40 euros m'a donné presque un crise cardiaque.
Merci de me confirmer rapidement que c'est annulé et remboursé, s'il vous plaît !
