They are very responsive, received my order in 2 days, and all worked as described, needed to remove thousands of pics from my phone!!!!

Really bad
Really bad. I've been waiting since March and still haven't received anything. Their customer service is pathetic.
Based on my experience and the comments on FB I really would avoid this company.

I received my 128gb stick and it works great - feeling lucky after reading these reviews
Having read the reviews I feel very lucky to have received my photostick. I ordered it in early December and received it early January. I ordered a 128gb stick and as I have many thousands of photos and videos at first the stick seemed to be struggling but then when I took the time to tweek the settings it works great. Very fast reviewing of all your files and finding duplicates.
I did however find it much cheaper on amazon.com later and have ordered 2 more sticks from there...still awaiting their arrival.
The only reason I'm not giving a 5 star is because it's overpriced compared to amazon.

As with the other comments I feel like I have been mugged by this company - paid the $79.99 plus £21 to retrieve from PO. This Ad should be removed from Face Book. DO NOT BUY, useless. No way to contact after purchase, links not working.

I ordered a Photostick Weeks ago for…
I ordered a Photostick Weeks ago for delivery to Portugal. I expected delivery in my letter box as I would from Amazon and any other online seller. I tracked it to Portugal Postal Customs and received three pages in Portuguese which I eventually realised was to do with Imports. The selling company declined to help said I should have read their terms of Business. I managed to retrieve the photostick from customs and had to pay an extra 32.64 euros duty. As anyone looking at the Photostick advertisement knows there was no mention of customs or extra duty.
Before Ordering from this company I would strongly suggest you do the following.
1. find and read their terms
2. look up consumer reviews such as Trustpilot.
3. check if you can get same on Amazon.
