First time I had ordered from this company. Really happy with the two frames I ordered. They are well made and look really classy. They were a bit different to everything else I had looked at and exactly what I wanted. Very happy and would definitely order from Hampton frames again.

Great frames and excellent customer service. Daren was responsive and really helpful. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend

Ordered the frames over the weekend and they were delivered by Wrdnesday. Excellent quality and service will use again

It’s the first time I’ve used Hampton’s. I was browsing the internet because I wanted a suitable frame for a special family photo. The Windsor 8x10 silver plated frame is perfect. It looks lovely and can stand alone or hang on a wall. Service and delivery were good too.

The Customer service is excellent.
I always say a test of a company is what they do when things go wrong and this company was a perfect example of great customer service.
The wrong frame initially arrived due to a fluke of packing, it was the wrong frame packaged into the right box.
I emailed the team and got a response straight away telling me to keep the wrong frame and they sent the correct frame express delivery.

I would buy from them again.

I have consistently had an exceptional experience with them, and they have always been attentive to our needs, providing samples or any assistance required.

Bought 2 5x5" coloured square frames, 1 pink, 1 teal.
Very well packaged, fantastic quality, way better than I expected, absolutely perfect to frame 2 small cards I wanted to display.
Would definitely buy from this company again.

Purchase online was easy, item was as described. Nice quality. Well packaged to ensure it arrives safely and fast delivery. Thank you

Quick shipping and great customer service. I managed to break the perspex cover of my frame and emailed to ask to buy a replacement. I received a prompt and friendly reply and they took care of my issue without any hesitation. Really good.

Excellent service - I ordered a photo frame but it arrived damaged despite being well packaged - the box had taken some hammer. I emailed Hampton and a replacement came without any hesitation or hassle so quickly. I will always order from Hampton now and recommend Hampton to friends and family. Thank you

Exceptional service! Needed to contact on 2 occasions with query on lead time and that perspex was marked. This was my fault entirely, as I had not peeled back the film cover! Ha! I could speak with somebody straight away - so refreshing! Good product.

Good quality products and quick delivery

The frame came in reasonably good time, and was well packaged. It was well protected and unmarked. I was able to mount a poster within minutes and the frame gives it a really pleasing finish. I would recommend this item to others.

Ordered some photo boxes, came very quickly and are of very good quality. Phoned company to see if any other sizes were available unfortunately there aren’t. Have ordered some more inserts. Very good company to deal with.

Good quality just what I was looking for prompt delivery packaged well.
This is to be a Mother’s Day gift from my grandson with a Mother’s Day saying on one side and a picture of them both on the other side.👏👏👏
