Emailed customer service. Shipping to Hong Kong was $40 (additionally over what I’ve already paid for the headphones even though it was their mistake).

Customer service won’t guarantee paid shipping if my new product is broken and has to be sent back yet again.

I brought 2 brand new headset. At first I only receive one, and it is an used item, incorrect model.

I filed a complain and they replied quickly and said will send me the right item.

Today I received another used wrong model headset from them again.

sold used product, insist its new, in bulk package.
battery its totally gone, and they did not even clean it.
wand me to send it back for refund, that is expensive and time consuming.

Managed to get my money back after getting the Hong Kong adress of their shop via whatsthatcharge. They obviously dont want to see the police coming to check their business detail.
