Excellent service and deals

Quick service over the phone with a great deal - better contract and a phone upgrade.

The chap on the phone was really knowledgeable and helped me with choosing the best deal.

Knowledgeable and patient customer…

Knowledgeable and patient customer service/sales lady.
DPD courier service was a little disappointing as they didn't deliver on time,9 but it was only a minor delay.

100% SCAM OF SOME SORT
I am sure now that they harness customer data for other purposes. They sell sim deals and those sim deals are not even LEGIT!!! THERE IS NO WAY OF ACTIVATING THEM unless you visit the actual provider website, but those deals are not there they don't even support them I had a good chat about it..
You don't pay anything, but obviously you add your details and get the sim for free with no delivery fee this already felt a little weird.
Called the customer service obviously the phone line just says: WE HAVE SWITCHED TO EMAIL AND CHAT obviously... you wait a loooong time to get to someone. After showing order ref and asked how to claim the so called good deal I got disconnected of the chat and next time I tried contacting them nobody bothered to activate the chat anymore. So basically THEY ARE A SCAM COMPANY 100%. ALSO REVIEW THE OTHER WEBSITE PROFILE THEY HAVE !!!! Whatever THEY WILL REPLY WITH BE AWARE.

Great deal!

I saw that my contract was about to end but I was contacted promotly and given an even better deal than my original deal which saved me money for an even better phone!

Terrible

Everything went wrong...I wish they never called me to upgrade. I ended up with 2 lines with 02 and being charged... everyone had a different explanation....sent everything back after 2 days...never again!
