Liars, AVOID!!!!!

Ordered a new phone 2 weeks ago by phone, was promised new Samsung S23 delivered to me on 24/06/2023 guaranteed. Day before delivery on 23/06/2023 at 21:30 got an e-mail saying that my phone is out of stock and delivery date is unknown. Contract is already signed but no phone, liars!!!

We advise next day delivery subject to stock levels and the security and credit checks being passed.

If the handset you have ordered is out of stock, we will be able to provide information of when we will receive the handset from the stock update that we are provided from our supplier.

Please be reassured that the contract won't have started until the contract is shipped, so during the time the handset has been out of stock, you have not been charged.

Staff who phoned

The staff were extremely helpful who phoned me to upgrade our phone and it only took about 10 minutes which was great.

Avoid This Company!! Please Read

I purchased a refurbished iPhone 12 on a 24 month Vodafone contract and about 14 days ago I lost network connection. To cut a long story short it turns out that the phone has been blacklisted by 3 network as being one of their clients stolen or lost phones. I contacted phones.co.uk about a week ago to get this resolved and now they won’t contact me to discuss further.
It could be a simple mix up or it could be that this company sells lost or stolen phones I am left believing the later as I am being avoided!! All I know is that I am still under contract to Vodafone, have an expensive iPhone that is about much use as a chocolate tea pot and a paying for something I can’t use!!! Please think long and hard before using this company as I don’t want anyone ending up in my situation. After all there are plenty of alternative companies to choose from.
Be warned!!
