Speaker on Huwawei stopped working. Got a super quick quote through Google, within 20 minutes. Took phone down same day and was fixed within the hour. Decent price and price was what they said it would be on the quote.

Quick, efficient service. Friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

On 12/10/2022 I took my Iphone 12 to Phone fix HD as there was software issue, The repair guy told me he will repair and will cost £ 40. He said I did not need to pay but pay only once the repair fixed. He text me on 13/10/22 to say repair fixed, I rang him and then he said it will be £ 120 and cash only.

I took the phone it was working for 2 days and then stopped working with same issue again. I took it back on 24/10/22. The same guy said he will get it repaired to come back next day, I went 3 days later he said,itis not fixed, aked me come 29/10/22. when I went, it was not repaired. I rang them on 3/10/22 they said phone ready to pick up then at 1552 same day he rings and said phone is not here and will be there on 4/11/22 and he will have to charge £ 60 labour. He never mentioned any cost upfront and then when I went to the shop, he refused to given any amount, then verbally abused me and said go to court. I was very upset and stayed at the shop for a while and he refused to serve. While I was there, he was bargaining with customers with amount of costs it will take to repair and lower costs with every customer, not clear or upfront ( he has video recordings in the office) He asked all customers to pay cash only.
He verbally abused me and I have a video recording of it to prove..
When asked for owners details, he same Paul... but on the companies house it was Bilal Aslam, when questioned, he said I can go what every I went and company has 62 companies.

Reported to trading standrads and applied to county court now.

I had a crack on my Samsung Galaxy A71 screen so I took it here. The service was excellent and super friendly, they quoted me straight away giving me two options for repair - installing a more expensive original screen or cheaper screen

Bang on. Went there as best reviewed on Google and can see why. Rang up thinking I would need a new charge port after trying all the usual cleaning methods, guy told me to take it down and a quick service and £20 later like new. Will recommend to anyone.

We were assisted by a really nice guy called Elliott who was friendly but professional and very helpful when chosing a new mobile phone for my mother-in-law. I also benefited from a new lower tarrif on my phone too! Overall a very good experience 😁
