Phoenix RC Automotive Recenzje

Great service from start to finish. Thanks Luke. Car delivered and full video of car sent to me.

I had the best experience ever . From the moment I came Maj looked after me .
Listened what I said and what I wanted and helped me in the best way.
The whole staff was very very helpful.
Everything what was said was done in short period of time .
Thank you very much for being very helpful and professional.

Phoenix RC put a smile on my face today. I bought the cheapest car they had and was treated like I had bought a £150k+ exotic

Luke is a cracking guy. I felt at easy the moment we met and his handling of the sale was one of the best I've experienced in many years of car buying. And just as big shout needs to go to Maj and Silvija. Maj was instrumental in me knowing this was the car for me.

When hunting for a Merc S Class on Auto-Trader it felt like a minefield and I have no qualms in saying I felt 100% safe buying from Luke and the guys and would do so again.

Great experience overall from the minute I turned up to the minute I drive the car away. Luke was so helpful with everything and done his best to make sure I was happy.
This Is the only car garage I’ve ever been too where they actually cared about the customer and not just the sale! Cheers guys.

Fantastic Garage, the service was amazing and Luke the salesman was so helpful and sent me a detailed video of the amazing car I purchased. I would definitely go back to Phonix again to buy my next car.

First class service from start to finish. Luke who I dealt with for the sale of the car was very helpful and gave me all the relevant information I needed with the purchase of the car. Quick to respond to any questions I had and made the experience of buying the car great. All the other staff where very helpful also and I would definitely recommend buying from phoenix rc automotive. Once again thanks and I’m really loving my new Audi Q5. 👍

I bought a Mercedes 220 Coupe at a great price and Luke at Phoenix was excellent and very supportive. They even delivered the car to home for me.

Purchased a Smart Car from Luke. Service was first class and minor issues were dealt with on the vehicle. Very happy with our new car.

Greeted by Luke via email when I've enquired about the vehicle I wanted to purchase.
Convinience of using WhatsApp exchanging info was a breeze.

When I have arrived to see the car the place was nice and prestige. They had all different types of cars there too.

As well as meeting Luke, got to see the Logistics team and Director - nice and reasonable people/team especially when it came to part exchanging my car for the car I wanted.

After I made my purchase Luke kindfully gifted me with an upgrade for peace of mind.
They also arranged car delivery to my house for free as I was within 30 miles from the garage! Which helped massively.
Driver Mohbeen was a top lad too.
More than likely I'll be coming back to this place.

Luke & Mohbeen need a pay rise they've done an epic job!

Really pleased and happy with the purchase of my mercedez benz cla. Car in really good condition and on top of that AA insurance for any mechanical failure for 2-3 months gives an extra relief when purchasing a new car. Was dealing with luke for this whole process of getting the car and really helpful and updated about the process frequently. I would definitely recommend this car dealer if you are looking for top quality cars in good price.

Very professional, friendly and accommodating. I have purchased a new car from here. My salesman was Luke, he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Communication was great. Luke arranged for my new car to be delivered which was further than they usually travel to deliver cars because I couldn’t collect the car due to family commitments. I would definitely recommend this company and Luke.

Smooth transaction and communication from start to finish a++

Fantastic Service explained every point as we went along. Very friendly people and you actually felt that they truly cared about your thoughts and feelings towards a car purchase. I would most defiantly recommend them to anyone that was looking for a car
