Poor Customer Service. No Free Samples On Order As Advertised, Hide Neutral or Negative Reviews.
Disappointed first order experience. Website states that Free deluxe samples on every order, and there was none in my shipment after spending over $250 including a 7.4 fl oz shampoo for $90 and a tiny bottle of scalp boost oil for $85.
Wrote a review for my experience and it wasn't showing up after I've verified my email. Thinking it's a glitch and wrote another review, same thing happened, the reviews are hidden even I've verified my email. Now it makes sense why they have so many 5 stars reviews because they hid the unfavorable ones.
Adding to the dissatisfaction, I emailed customer service via Contact Us and provided my order number & let them know about my experience. There is still no response from them.
I haven't tried enough of their products yet to see if they worth the money, all I can say is for a luxury brand charging so much for their products, their customer service is really lacking.
