Always used phenibut uk always loved product. Something has changed in the product taken new batch twice now a week apart and each time none of the positive effects but has absolutely knocked me out for 30 hours in a horrible unpleasant sleep. Won't be taking again until different batch comes in.

Had no problem ordering or with delivery. The product itself, I'm not sure about. My first ever use and I took 2 grams. Can't really say I felt anything at all. It's either underdosed or I have a genetic tolerance to it!

Edit: Contacted Charles who was very helpful, responsive, and gave advice, offering to take the remainder back and give me a full refund if I had no luck the next time. Bumping a star back on as a result of the good service.

I had an overall decent experience with Phenibut-UK. The shipping was quick, and the product seems good quality. However, I think better communication and more detailed updates about the orders would improve the service. Still, it worked as expected, so I might consider ordering again in the future. Decent but not perfect.

Charles (the man behind the website) is absolutely the best business owner I’ve been in communication with while awaiting my order. He answered any questions within hours, even late at night on the weekend. The product is top of the range, I ordered the HCL, arrived within about 2 days (I ordered on Saturday with standard 1st class delivery and it arrived on Tuesday).

TLDR: don’t bother looking anywhere else for this product, even if you can somehow find the product at better quality elsewhere, you can’t beat the communication and efficiency of Charles’ company. Highly recommend.
