Pharmuni provides several courses/lectures about different topics regarding the pharma/biotech industry and important social/soft skills. I really like the course structure with videos, texts and interactive modules. The last course that i finished was the course about intercultural sensitivity (you will get a certificate after completing the test) and in this course they provided really good examples/case studies of cultural issues.
They also have free courses!
