Really bad company do not use
I paid with Apple Pay which gives my correct detail plus phone auto fills post code sent item to completely wrong address and blamed currier company for their mistake. Would not replace items or order. Awful customer service bad attitude staff. Please do not use this company for your own sake not mine

I placed 2 orders and got both within a few days. One was for BPC-157 plus bacteriostatic water. The other just the bacteriostatic water. Both arrived quickly and shipped in foam padding. I’m reading prior reviews which mention issues. Fortunately I did not have any.

I actually did receive my product, however it was bad and is not usable. I sent a picture and everything to their sales email and have not heard back. They are selling bad product and won't do anything to make it right. I would not buy anything from this company.

Placed an order but didn’t give pmt info. Looked at reviews and decided against it thank God! Rec’d a text asking if I wanted to place order & when I said they had bad reviews, Mike asked why I had placed the order and was dumbfounded. Horrible horrible customer service. Do NOT order from this company - you will regret it!!

They sent me a promo code that did not work. I reached out to them 2 x's with no response and now the promo has ended. I was buying $500 worth of product and even sent a screen shot of my cart, you'd think they would at least reply and try to help. I do not appreciate people wasting my time.

This business shows up as disreputable for the following reasons:
They operate out of a PO Box.
Their website has far too many cookies they force you to accept. No way to decline. It appears they are selling your information.
Numerous dissatisfied customers on TrustPilot and other sites tell me their customer service is virtually non-existent.
They don't value their customers. IMHO don't do business with a shady company.

There fake!!! Table will charge you a lot more money and shut down your card. They’re fake. Don’t even go with them.

Ordered from them and they never shipped my order. They sent a tracking number but every time you’d track the item it’d say USPS is still awaiting the item.

Everything my as expected. I didn't have any issues, quality of product is better than I expected and I will use them again.

I ordered weeks ago and never received my order. Nor a confirmation or any type of communication to show my purchase. Now I don't have what I need and I am spending more money and taking more time to get what I need. Fyi super annoying. This is not a scam post as whoever posting on each person review that is a complaint is claiming. I believe all the reviews after this experience.

This is a scam company. Double charged me and disappeared when I emailed them inquiring about the extra charge. They did ship one of my orders. Quality of the product was poor compared to other brands I’ve tried.

Buyer Beware. Avoid this company! They don't care about you when they screw up. Don't waste your money. Buy peptides from another supplier. This is the worst customer service experience our company has ever experienced.

I required 2 day UPS air freight (as advertised on their website) I agreed to pay the extra costs prior to shipping. It was noted on my order and I also sent a separate email making sure their sales and fulfillment knew the shipping requirements. These dumb asses shipped our order ground freight and it took a week for the dethawed and hot (spoiled) peptides to arrive.

Due to our lab control requirements we cant use the $600 off peptides delivered. This is not what we ordered.

After sending several emails to their customer service department and sales department, we have received no communications or responses. They do not even have the courtesy of replying.
