Pharmacy Mentor™ Recenzje

Very professional service, website is very easy to navigate, and it has helped us to generate a lot of extra business!
Lovely team and staff, always happy to help - great customer service.
Would highly recommend!

The team has been fantastic from start to finish. Great communication and support. Im not a social media person but i knew it was very important to help grow our business. Having an interactive website which looks fresh and modern has really helped us engage with the locals and provide valuable information. It's also helped increase our service booking with the booking system

Excellent service.. Mitesh and the team really understand the business and have allowed us really transform our service.

Had a great experience dealing with the team particularly Mitesh and Courtney. I enjoyed my conversations with Mitesh and learnt a lot from his experience in the field. He is forward thinking and has a lot of bright ideas in growing businesses in our field.
Thanks a lot for all of you thoughts and ideas.

Mitesh is hands down the best! Super helpful and very proactive in helping you with anything!

Great help by Simy with good tips on how to blog

We are a pharmacy that have just started to work with the team at pharmacy mentor. It has only been a month or so but they have been so easy to work with. Joan and Mitesh have always been there when I have needed them and constantly providing tips and advise to run a successful business!
Can't wait to see what the future holds for us!

Joe and Mitesh were amazing at delivering our requirements for a trade show exhibition. Not only was there time taken to understand our needs, but the turn around was very quick and the quality of work great! Not to mention the re-iterations and liaising with our printing company as well. Highly recommend pharmacy mentor!

Communication is key. There is nothing worse than paying for a service that you never hear from, or struggle to get a hold of the provider. Pharmacy Mentor are effectively in the business of supporting pharmacies to improve their digital communication strategy. It is no wonder then that they understand the value of this and I can clearly see that as a service user. Pharmacy mentor proactively email with inspiration or changing market trends. Pharmacy mentor offer multiple ways to contact them for support, and I have used phone, email, WhatsApp and WhatsApp groups to communicate with the team. I have been using Pharmacy mentor for many years now, and they have managed to grow as a business without loosing the one to one communication I like, where you know the name of who you need to contact.
Keep up the good work.

We have worked with Pharmacy Mentor for a while now and the service has been excellent. Our journey began with building a website which has developed in to creating bespoke features such as a prescription ordering system.
Our website booking system for pharmacy services has been an integral feature. It has allowed us to organise the pharmacists day and drive uptake. From this we have worked with the marketing team to advertise and reach out to a wider patient base to offer both private and NHS services.
Communication has been great with all staff members on various platforms. Staff have always been friendly and more than happy to help.
In my personal experience they have gone above and beyond to ensure we receive a solution to any issues or queries.

Onboarded initially with Saam and Darren, now we have been working closely with Roa and Lewis. All the team are great, they care and listen and have made the process of getting the website up and running efficient. They also handle all queries really well and are always available and approachable.

Excellent service for the past 2 years; prompt to action any adjustments and promote services which really count to us.

Pharmacy Digital supplied us Social Media services for a couple of years. Very happy with their work and support… always available to help.
Thank you

So far soo good. Can be challenging. But helpful and proactive.

Pharmacy Mentor team members are highly professional and competent. They are always ready to give their customers the best possible experience. As I customer, I am fully satisfied with the service. Thank you Lewis for your outstanding support.

I would like to thank Courtney personally for her skills in designing our new website. Very Easy for our patients to navigate and bookings can be made so easily on services provided. Courtney from start to finish understood what we wanted to achieve but I must say she overacheived. Well done and looking forward to more business with you guys. RIZWAN MOLEDINA CROYLAND PHARMACY.

Fantastic service from lewis and the team!

Pharmacy Mentor have been great to work with over the past 18months; very receptive & accommodating, however the recent changes with the introduction of Lewis as Account Manager and JP working on strategy has further enhanced this and lead to a more seamless and efficient way of working.

Excellent service so far, been using for about a year I think. Makes a real difference to have a team who understand UK community pharmacy. Have seen an increase in brand awareness as well as clear increases in new customers and potential customer enquiries after custom-made email campaigns by Pharmacy Mentor have gone out.
