The worst company i ever dealt with in the hosting space, they don't care about customer satisfaction at all, also they can steal the money you paid for your service and remove your data and hosting without any respect to the customer or to their Terms and Conditions. I don't recommend anyone to work with this company. Stay away and make your data and money safe.

I was searching for a decent free hosting as I can't afford a paid one right now for my personal website. I found Phanes Cloud after many searches. Signed up, waited for a reply but due to a technical errorI didn't receive any mails. I wrote to tech team (it was mentioned tech support not available for free hosting), after that the engineer took all the responsibility, which I doubt a paid hosting can do in real time for 3 days apart from the small error he guided me through each every level.
