Ordered a cat harness on 7th Apr and nothing turned up despite a friendly customer service promised item will be sent. Eventually the harness was sent and arrived 7th May (a month) however the wrong size to what I have ordered. Emailed immediately with polite message twice no response and called several time and left message no response. This is super poor! I am prepare to lose the £22 and will not recommend or buy from them again! This is just ridiculous.

Rocky start with item not in stock , so company kindly issued a full refund and send out the item aswel as couple of dog toy which was kind of them I would of been happy with just refund. Just so ppl know this company is a decent and honest company.

Not the greatest experience to start but a resolution was quickly found and the conclusion was satisfactory!

The website needs work (A lot cleaner look) but you can find most of the stuff you need for the little Dog/cats!

They seem friendly enough and happy to help and explain!

Great customer service! I messaged after I placed an order for a floor to ceiling cat post to see when it would arrive (my foster cat was due to arrive Thursday). They got back to me very quickly and said it will most likely arrive Friday or Saturday however I was pleasantly surprised it arrived on Thursday. Also love that they provide klarna as an option. Will definitely use again!

Efficient service, ordered automatic feeder to replace broken one and was delivered within 2 days. Working nicely and cats are happy!

Excellent service and very generous offer to replace something which was my fault in that I had ordered the wrong size with no further charge. Replacement appeared in 24 hours. Very impressed!

I absolutely love this little gadget I have it on my German Shepherds collar she is 13 months old and I love to look on the app to see how well she slept how much exercise she has had and even tells you if she barks or scratches too much . I think this is great and pet tech made the purchase of this item easy and gave plenty of good communication about the order / dispatch and delivery.

I wasn’t sure if the website was dodgy but the price was so good that I risked it. Was relieved to get my Petpointer. It could do with a more professional design to give users confidence.
