Excellent product & customer service.
The salmon oil has helped restore my rescue dogs skin and coat. He went from a bristly coat with lots of bald patches so a soft, full coat. The customer service is fantastic - immediate response to questions and concerns.

I got Buddy Guard for my son's dog, about six months ago. He is a large, 12 year old dog, and had quite a few lumps of various sizes on his body. My son added it to his food everyday. I haven't seen the dog recently, and sort of forgot about the lumps. My son called yesterday and told me that all the lumps were gone!

I tried Petsmount several months ago for my dog and the product unfortunately did nothing for us. What bothered me more was the subscription setup. I did not realize I had been enrolled in a recurring shipment, and six months later I was charged again.

When I contacted customer service, they said they had sent a warning email before the charge, but I never saw it. Interestingly, I receive plenty of their promotional emails, so it seems odd that the one important notice never appeared.

The product itself did not work for my dog, and the customer service experience felt dismissive rather than helpful. I understand companies have subscription policies, but a more understanding response would have gone a long way.

Based on my experience, I would recommend carefully checking the subscription terms before ordering.

I have a dog that has a stent. Anesthesia would be very dangerous for him. He had several lumps on him. He had such a large one on his tail that I was quoted 5000.00 for lump removal with no guarantee it wouldn't return. Because of the danger, I decided to try PetsMont. It's working. Wonderful product. I even shared it with my Vet. She was really impressed by how well it worked.

My daughter has 3 bully breed doggies+ 2 are brother+sister. Azul+Violet were found at about 6-8 weeks left in a park, eating whatever they could find. They looked like Biafran children w bloated bellies, and skinny, brother was hanging on+looked terribly undernourished!

Noticed a significant change in the "lumps". It took about 30 days to see a difference but since it started working the results are astounding.

I think this company is a scam. I ordered buddy guard for my senior Pyr, and it was marked as shipped and then never arrived. I just got charged for the second month. Obviously I’ve since canceled the subscription and reached out for a refund, but I’m bummed because I really hoped it was going to help out my big guy.

The product seems to be helping so ordered another container. However the container was less than half full. WAY less.
I sent an email and pictures to the company but got no reply. So ordered another and video taped the opening this time and same - less than a third full.

The buddy guard powder has already produced results in shrinking my dogs lumps. Some are still stubborn, but most have reduced in size and pretty quickly~

BuddyGuard is an amazing product. One of my Italian Greyhounds had 2 small lipomas after regular use they are gone. I give it to both my Littles everyday as not only did ot get rid of the lipomas yet made their coats so soft. It even helped Rosie with allergies.

Within a week my dogs lumps shrank, she stopped licking her paws, and stopped scratching her ears. I’m starting my Australian Shepherd on it to see if it will get him to stop eating his fur. Works great!

Petsmont has been so great. From ordering to delivery and with any questions. We bought Buddyguard for our 2 dogs with lipomas. They disappeared within a few months for our Plotthound. Not even 1 jar for our Dachshund. We keep using it since 2\25-present, keeping new lumps away on our 14 year old Plotthound.

update: they were quick to respond nd issued a fll refund. at least their customer service is good!?

review: after a few days of giving it caused my dog to have major diarrhea. she was drinking a lot of water because she was so dehydrated and couldn't stop pooping i had to get her diapers! even though i stoped giving it for a few days her poop still isn't fully solid. i guess i got a bad batch but i wouldnt recommend this to other pet parents on the off chance that you get a bad batch too. i wont be repurchasing and hope i get a refund i got 3 tins!!

My Piper is a rescue and 8 years old. He is overweight but losing. He had lumps and bumps. I read about Buddy Guard and ordered my first four months ago. It has made all the difference in Piper. Hi, I have a 10-year-old rescue he started to get lumps as they do… So I thought I would try petsmont buddy guard mushroom powder for immune support… I am going to say this is the most AMAZING product I have ever bought to help my dogs the large lump that he had is down to a quarter of the size that it was, and I’m about halfway through the container… I have three dogs . I am now going to put the other two on Buddyguard for all the benefits that it does have I would truly recommend this product.
