ordered a large bag of eukanuba which was £10 less than pets at home have ordered several times and will continue to do so speedy delivery and the free toy is always a hit with my 7yr old also like the text alert telling me when to expect delivery and change if necessary

after ordering my goods online i recieved a text the next day telling me my goods would be delivered the next day ,i recieved a text next morning 7-30ish telling me delivery would be between 9-12am and 10-12 am and the couriers name was nick ,at 9-15 am nick delivered ,unbelievable but true ,try it and find out.

I was very impressed by the method adopted by Pet shop Express. It made it possible that you did not have to stay in all day and wait. The day before arrival we were notified by text to say that it would be delivered the following day and then on the day of delivery 1hr prior to arrival. I was able to text members of the family to make sure one of them would then be there at point of arrival. Thanks very much

I was drawn to this site because they were offering a very good price on dog food, but it has turned out to be just about the best site I have used. Very professional and delivery just excellent; arrived when they said it would (next day) but also gave you a chance to change the date if inconvenient. Cannot recommend Pet Shop Express highly enough.
