I ordered a track silhouette as a gift and although it took a lot longer to arrive than I had hoped, the end product looks great!

Le produit est conforme à la commande.
Seul bémol, j'ai reçu un mail de retour et je n'avais pas compris qu'il fallait valider le mail pour qu'ils lancent la production donc je l'ai eue plus tard que ce que j'avais escompté.
Mais par contre le produit a été bien emballé et c'est bien ce que j'avais demandé.
Je recommanderai sûrement sur ce site.

Ordinata sagoma di MX5 poco prima di Natale e arrivata un po' più tardi del previsto, ma la maggiore attesa era giustificata dalle feste di fine anno. L'oggetto è perfetto, bellissimo e accurato. la comunicazione con il venditore è sempre stata ottima. Anche la spedizione ha rispettato i tempi previsti. Complimenti per l'idea commerciale che rende arte qualsiasi oggetto. Consigliato per un bel omaggio.

The shipping took awhile, but my patience was rewarded with a well packaged, high quality piece of work. Very satisfied, I'd do it all over again.

I ordered during the holidays and was expecting it to take some time to receive it. When I didn't get it in January I reached out and received a reply instantly and after a few months due to a production backup my son got his track...he absolutely loves it! I will be purchasing from them in the future!

I ordered the Seabring track neon sign. Had a question and you responded very quickly. The product is beautiful just as advertised. Husband was thrilled, he has attended this race for 50 years. Wonderful all around

The product took over a month to ship. No updates or correspondence from Seller. Once the product finally arrived, it arrived as described. However, for the price I was expecting better quality. The pexiglass like material has many imperfections and bubbles. In my opinion, it is a nice track but not worth the price due to the quality.

It took exactly the time promised to get my order delivered. As this come from Lithuania, the box should be a bit more sturdy, as it arrived a bit damaged but the product came intact. As this was a gift, I had to replace the original package. Other than that, awesome product and we loved it. I’m sure my friend will love the gift! Congrats Petrolvibes Team!

The final product looks exactly like my husband's car and it was made really well. He loves it! I took off a star because it took longer than anticipated to arrive. I ordered beginning of December and it arrived in February. But I am pleased with how it turned out.

Easy to place order. Just took longer than anticipated based on the advertised delivery times. The company will communicate with you as long as you are the one who initiates the communication. The product looks great and arrived undamaged thru FedEx. Once fedex gets it you can track its progress, but not until then. I would say I’d order from them again, but with no expected date of delivery….if I want it for Christmas, I’d order it now!(we’re in February!!)

The actual piece I ordered looks great, communication is a bit slow for responses, the shipping time is horrible...way longer than they advertise.

Christmas present Spa LED race track was ordered approx Dec 12th. Ordered was processed and charged , however it did not show up until yesterday Feb 4th. Ruined Christmas for my son because it did not show up. We have the product now and it is great, however expectations, delivery / transportation and communications by these guys has to improve. I should not have to email
Them on Jan29 and ask if they plan on getting it to
Us here in Canada. (Apparently back ordered)

Ordering on the website super easy. Ordered around 12/10… still waiting … should have it delivered today.
I think the cie has too many orders coming in as they can’t fullfill them within given time frame. If you don’t communicate with them, they won’t reach out on their own to inform you of delays. Also note that this is manufactured in Europe, if your order in usa or Canada you will have to pay import/taxes/fees to the transport cie before they release your product

Great product. Looks very cool in my bar area. Took quite a while to arrive but was worth the wait. Will order another light up track soon.

Customer service is superb! Item was exactly as described it would be and made well. Very happy with my order! I would highly recommend this company.

Beautiful product, just took forever to get it. Don't say it's 3-4 weeks when it took 2 months. But it was a gift for my boss and he loved it. The quality was much better than I anticipated. If you're looking for something like this, get it. Just know it'll take 2 months to get it.

Ordered December 12 and STILL have not received the item now on February 2nd.
