Agree with the other reviews, the time from ordering to shipping is longer than expected. There is also no communication between placing the order and then receiving the message that it has shipped. I was concerned it was not going to arrive but when it did, it is perfect. Looks great and good craftmanship. I haven't received any additional shipping charges yet but only received it last Thursday.

I ordered two pieces of track art in November’25 for a Christmas present. On 1/12/26 I have still not received the order and only emails says that it is in transit. I have emailed them to check on the order, but only reply were the emails that it was in transit. I assume it will be nice if I ever receive it, but I wont order from them again.

Very nice product. There was a connection problem with the first one I got. The wire/soldering had loosened. They sent me a new item without hestitation 👍🏼🙂

Products are good, but expensive for what you get. Took a month for them to ship it, arrived much later than expected. The metal posters punched through the shipping box they were in, it was kinda flimsy packaging and it would have been nice to include something for mounting, whether thats hardware or instructions, it came with neither.

I ordered this product in November for a Christmas present. Throughout Dec, I kept checking in to a status of "Ordered". It never updated. After Christmas, I emailed them to discuss my outrage at their shipping and to get a refund. The website says 7-10 days - BS! The email I sent to the info account saying I was disputing the charge on my card apparently woke someone up over seas, because it changed to preparing to ship the next day. I received the package on 1/10. Ridiculous! I ordered in Nov to account for coming from overseas (not that that fact is diclosed anywhere on their website). Its a cool product but this company is disorganized and i would not order again knowing what I know now.

“Processing” takes 5 weeks! Make sure you’re not in a rush and have a month or two to wait. I ordered on November 27th and receive January 8th. Looks good and well built with the exception of the hanger location, using it will have the bike in a permanent wheelie (not the worst thing). Communication is subpar. Picture is extemely decieving, check the size, what’s pictured has to be the biggest they make.

The customer services went out of their way to make sure my delivery was on time.

Since my son Dom is on the pit team for VexPerfomance in Calgary, I knew he would love getting a neon track from one of the races they attend for WCRC. The RMR track was a huge surprise for him. It took a month to arrive as I did not know it was coming from Lithuania, however that was not a big deal since his birthday was coming up. It was so worth the wait!! I sent it to his work and he said everyone at the shop loved it! 5 stars. My only regret is that I could not afford the large one for him!

The lead time is ambiguous and lengthy. The website suggests your order will ship in 7 days, but it doesn't clarify that this is after the item is built. From order placement to receipt, the process takes over a month.

although I like the product, the hanger was broken upon receipt.

I did not get what I ordered. Sent an email and tagged a post on Instagram. No response. So 3 stars is pretty generous. I ordered the LED racetrack in black. It came clear and no mounting hardware or instructions. A big disappoint. This was a gift, not cheap and had the potential to be a really great product.

I ordered a neon light race track and it does not light up at all. This was a Christmas present for my son, but it does not do what it says it does. Shipping took forever too

Product quality was good, although size was much smaller than it felt from the images. Make sure you check size.
Product shipping too 1 month. There was no indication that it would take this long when purchased.
Email responses were also very slow. No other contact method.

This company is located in Lithuania, so shipping took a little longer but planned for that. Petro Vibes very good at sending tracking updates each time the order moved so I could see its progress. The product was extremely well packaged and arrived undamaged. It is really good quality and looks just as I hoped it would. The art was for my husband and he loves it. Had it up in his garage the day he got it.

I ordered Neon track sign December 5th for a Christmas present. At that time I received a confirmation of purchase. After 2 weeks of no updates or order status, I went on Petrol Vibes FB page to complain. 2 days later I received an email saying my light was in production and could take up to 20 days to complete. I couldn't find that info on the website, maybe its in the fine print, but at least I know my order will eventually come.
Found it funny that after visiting their website my email was bombarded by Petrol Vibe wanting me to continue to shopping. Maybe put the effort into my existing order that you put into a reorder...
Finally received my order Jan 7th and am happy with the product, It just would have been nice for an occasional update on status.

Slow ahh shipment, ordered an item like a month ago now.

I ordered on December 1st for a Christmas present. It did not get shipped until December 30th. Their website said it would ship in 5-15 business days, and customer service was slow to get back to me, and when they did, it was a generic answer. By all the latest shipping and delivery dates, the present should have arrived before Christmas. But it arrived on January 7th instead. I wish if they were advertising to the US, and making it a big Black Friday sale, they would make more effort in letting us know it would not arrive before Christmas. The product itself was fine, but the ordering and customer service were unsatisfactory.

Woyld give a 0 star if possible.
I have ordered 4 things from petrol vibes previously and it is the same thing every time. It takes forever to get. this most recent one arrived yesterday 1-7-2026 and was ordered prior to thanksgiving. The service is getting worse and reaching out to them they could litterally give a shit if your expensive purchase ever gets there. Always nice to get a christmas present in mid january from the year before I guess.. This one was the last straw. I will never be ordering anything from this shitty "company" ever again. I am pretty sure they are made to order in zalinskis garage and shipped out of olgas basement in uzbekistan.

And new development on this order I just got a notice from fedex that I owe 50 dollars in import fees which was not disclosed on the purchase nor required in any of the previous orders.

Petrol Vibes is dead to me and should be for everyone else. Someone should start a legitimate buisness making these.

I have ordered a few of Petrol Vibes' art before, so I expected the much longer than advertised waiting time. I also had a good idea what the extra cost at delivery would be from tax and brokerage fees.

The art has never disappointed! Always beautifully designed, and the powder coating looks flawless. I just love these.
