Not fit for any dog with claws 🙄

"Unfortunately, this bed was a huge disappointment. Unless you have a dog that simply sits down without moving around, this bed is not for you. My small dog likes to burrow a bit before settling, and after just a week, the bed was already in tatters. I contacted Pet Prestige, and they blamed my dog for the damage, which I understand since she does burrow. However, I've had beds that cost less than half the price last for years, and they’ve never ended up in this condition."

Would like to add photos, but there is no attachment availability??

Will be donating this bed to a dog shelter, not even a month old!

While we understand how frustrating it can be when a product doesn’t hold up as expected, we do want to emphasise that the behaviour of dogs—such as burrowing, chewing, or clawing—can naturally cause wear and tear, regardless of the durability of the materials. We cannot guarantee that any dog bed will withstand this kind of activity indefinitely, as each dog has unique habits that affect a bed's lifespan.

Please accept my apologies that you aren’t happy with your bed. We have a 14 day returns policy, so you would be welcome to return it if you aren’t happy.

Regarding delivery, all orders are shipped directly from our supplier, you ordered on the Saturday of the bank holiday so all orders were processed on the Tuesday & Wednesday of the 28th, I can only apologise that your order didn’t arrive sooner.

These reviews mean the world to us and can have a massive affect on us as a small business, please be assured that your feedback is noted.

Excellent company to deal with

Excellent company to deal with. Requested a quick delivery of two mats as we were taking them on holiday with us for the girls and the delivery was upgraded to next day at no extra cost

Lovely tweed dog bed

Good quality dog bed. Good price compared to other retailers. Would recommend. Bed design compliments house decor, with its country styling in tweed.

Never recieved goods ordered

Never recieved goods ordered, not answering phone or my emails have had to raise a case through PayPal to hopefully get money back don't order from them .

Perfect dog bed.

My dog loves her Gor Pets Ultimate bed and it’s stopped her sleeping on my bed so definitely a win!
I had previously purchased a bed from Omlet but she wouldn’t sleep in it. I now have a hard time getting her out of the Ultima.
Delivery was quick from pet prestige, my only complaint was I didn’t receive any notification of dispatch.
Other than that very pleased

Delivery/tracking number

Never received tracking number, when I did receive it. Item had been delivered to wrong address. When it was found pet prestige had placed the wrong shipping address on the package
