Always great service! I've been buying the Lifewise FAS calm dry food for our 11 year old Goldie for a few years now. PetNest have consistency offered the best price and its usually delivered within a couple of days. When the wrong product was delivered, there were no questions asked and the correct replacement arrived the next day.

Made an order on Nov 29th 2024. Received vague tracking updates every 7 to 10 days. Reportedly my order was "out for delivery" on Jan 21st. Sent an email on the Jan 29th advising I have yet to receive my order. The reply was it was delivered to a neighbor. No other information provided. I plan on disputing this purchase.

Made an order on the 23rd of December. Waited a week and still nothing. Went on to their website and there's a banner stating they're 'taking a break' and won't process any orders until 6th January. It would have been nice to have been notified of this at point of sale - there was no sign of this at purchase. Absolutely outrageous and very disappointing. I won't be back

Order placed on 29th on December 2023 is yet to be shipped. Yes - their website was warning that late December orders will be shipped upon their return from a break on 2nd of January 2024. A week after I haven’t received a tracking confirmation. Called twice - first time I was promised that the order has already been processed at warehouse so will receive tracking number on the day. Nothing received. Called next week Monday afternoon- the person on the phone was talking in a very annoyed voice with rudeness and was not able to provide me with any further details but made it super clear that I just must be patient and wait. Will see if I actually get my order at all but so far the experience is very unpleasant.

Quick delivery of balls for dogs but they're not sufficiently robust so Petnest sent immediate refund but there's no address to return post. My little dogs love their dry chicken& turkey feed.

I was really impressed with the quality of the toys. I hope they are as tough as they look.

Didn’t last long. So much for indestructible.

It’s what was promised. Dog is highly food motivated and enjoys it. I’ll probably be buying higher level toys soon.

My 7 month old puppy ripped and chewed this toy to pieces within half an hour of getting it. At $26 for the toy plus $11 postage, $37 was not cheap for a toy that lasted 30 mins. Waste of money :-(

Ordered two products. One arrived, the other is who knows where. Wrote an email to inform them and have not received a reply.

I’m so rapt in the bone chew, our seek & destroy canine has mauled at it but to no avail , to see any damage i think 💭 will take some doing. Thanks for helping her keeping her teeth in good order, your product is well made, I’m am not saying that lightly, it’s made to withstand the punishment our dog gives it, well done guy’s and keep up your good work, cheers Tony 😃
