Why can’t I get through to anyone on Petlog
Why is it so difficult to get through to Petlog on their contact number I have tried everything over the last 6 months to get through to someone and i am getting nowhere. I have permission to take in a neighbours cat as it desperately needed a home as the neighbour was away working 5 days a week and it had been living outside for a few years. I took her in and asked for the Petlog number so I could legally make the cat mine and it seems it belongs to his ex girlfriend a few years ago. I took the cat to my vets who know me a I rescue cats all the time. They gave me the Petlog number and added that I get in touch with Petlog. I am moving house and leaving the area soon and want to have the cat details changed to my ownership. I have tried sorting it out with the neighbour who can’t get hold of his ex girlfriend so I can’t take the cat for treatment at the vets and I am constantly calling Petlog only to be thrown out of their system. No wonder people give up I will just have to hand back the cat when I move and it go back to living outside and being fed by other people in my street as my neighbour will not let it in his house as he has a dog. Please does anyone know his I can finally sort this out as I am going round in circles. What a carry on
