De naden en stiksels van het skipakje laten na één wasbeurt helemaal los (en de vulling komt eruit), ondanks het opvolgen van de wasvoorschriften op de website van Petit Filippe. Slechte kwaliteit. Klantenservice geeft niet thuis omdat de garantietermijn met één maand is verstreken, ondanks dat ik met een foto met datum heb aangetoond dat het pakje toen ik het ontving nog helemaal nieuw/gaaf was.
Voor mij geen Petit Filippe meer, ook gezien alle andere recensies hier en de recensies op de wehkamp website (gevaar veiligheid t.a.v. speenkoorden).

Slechte kwaliteit en onvriendelijk
Slechte kwaliteit en zeer onvriendelijke klantenservice. De voering van mijn (vrij dure) luiertas was helaas binnen 2 maanden kapot. Na een wat moeizame mailwisseling heb ik de tas op kunnen sturen en gerepareerd teruggekregen. Binnen 2 weken ging de tas opnieuw kapot (omdat het een productiefout was die niet te repareren viel, wat ik ook al in de mail had aangegeven). Vanwege mijn eerdere ervaring met de klantenservice, vond ik het lastig om opnieuw contact op te nemen. Uiteindelijk toch nogmaals een mail gestuurd waarin ik mijn onvrede uitte. Hierop geen reactie meer ontvangen.

Sizing is off!
I ordered joggers and a matching sweatshirt (Enchanté / Bonjour written on it) in a size 62 / 2-5 months for my 11 week old baby.
I couldn’t fit her properly in the sweatshirt! It was really difficult to squeeze her arms through the main part of the sweater because it was too tight. (And she isn’t a chunky baby).
Too bad you can’t leave a review on the website either to warn others..

Be VERY Careful with this Company
Please be extremely careful if you’re ordering from this company. I spent a lot of money from here ordering to the UK, weeks after receiving my delivery I received a huge additional bill in the post for taxes. I was shocked to say the least, as the company’s website clearly states that tax is included on every page during the browsing/purchasing process (I have many screenshots saved). I got in touch with customer service from Petit Felippe and my experience with them was horrendous to put it nicely. The customer service representative was unbelievably rude, demeaning, and sarcastic. They couldn’t have cared less about what I was trying to say to them, even though I clearly provided screenshots and proof that the mistake was theirs. I ended up having to speak with the shipping company (who sent me the tax bill) as I was getting absolutely nowhere with Petit Felippe; I provided multiple pieces of evidence showing this company clearly states that ‘taxes are included’ on their website on every page, and they agreed with me so will no longer bill me. I am beyond disappointed and honestly shocked at the appalling customer service received by this company and wish I had never laid eyes on them. I suppose that’s what you get when you buy something from one of these ‘Instagram advertiser pages’ though. Very sad and shocking that they are able to get away with this. I feel totally conned.
