Bestelling betaald, incl. verzendkost, en nihil mogen ontvangen. Nihil respons op vragen en nihil terugbetaling ondanks herhaaldelijke aanmaningen.

Oplichters! Nooit ontvangen, wel betaald

Pas de réponse et de suite concernant ma commande, j’ai utilisé mon droit de rétractation et aucune nouvelle.

Ook ik ben opgelicht. Bestelling nooit ontvangen. Eenmalig reactie gekregen nog wat geduld te hebben en daarna nooit meer iets vernomen. Telefoonnummers zijn niet in gebruik.

Oplichters. Bijna 2 maanden na bestelling niks gehad ondanks dat ze mailde dat ik geduld moest hebben. (Dit is een maand terug).

One star is even too much! Terrible experience. Purchase Order made for a total value of 120 EUR, never arrived. No answer to multiple mail sent and, finally, also the phone number is no more active. Experience to forget.

I placed an order for a playset on September 30, 2024 and still haven’t received it. Customer service started out ok. We went through the same story as everyone else, change the color and it will ship faster, etc. I did that and never received anything. At this point customer service has stopped responding to my e-mails. I asked about cancelling my order and they told me that wasn’t an option since my order had shipped. I have no tracking information or proof that it has shipped. I feel like my hands are tied and have no idea how to get my money back. Does anyone have advice?

Dealing with Petit seal has been a disaster from the beginning. Some time ago I ordered something from their website. After three weeks of not a single update nor customer service response regarding order status, I submitted a cancellation request to them (following exactly their guidelines on this). I had by then already called and e-mailed customer service multiple times - via phone the standard reply is that they will take it up with their colleagues and call back, which has never happened. Via email it takes nearly a week to get a response that also isn't helpful.
More than a week after cancelling the order (i.e. more than a month after ordering) I suddenly get a shipping confirmation. So now I have received an order I had already cancelled and can't get a hold of a return label and thus cannot get my money back. It's a scam.

Edit: it’s 2 months later and still no response. Customer service phone lines are disconnected. Pretty sure this company is going under.

Commande passée fin Novembre et toujorus aucun changement au niveau du sattut de la commande. Aucun envoi alors que c'est pour Noel. Le support ne répond pas, email automatique mais personne derriere.
N'achetez pas sur ce site même si les prix semblent attractifs.

Oplichting! Website ziet er legitiem uit..

23-10 besteld, zou binnen 3 tot 10 dagen geleverd worden. 30-10 contact gezocht per mail, wordt keurig gereageerd dat de bestelling nog in 'processing stage' is, track&trace niet beschikbaar. Daarna 4-11 weer contact, zou nu ook in de shipping queue zitten.

Per mail op 11-11 geconfronteerd dat dit oplichting, verwezen naar Trustpilot is en ik mijn geld terug wil. Geen reactie meer..

Zo zielig, voor een baby bedje van ruim 400 euro.

We got scammed by this company as well. Months of emails of excuses as to “why” my playset hadn’t been delivered yet and repeatedly being told it would be delivered in 2-5 days however, they were never able to provide tracking information. It never arrived, obviously. I asked multiple times to cancel the order but eventually had to cancel the payment on my end. I had hoped to have a playset for my daughter to enjoy all fall and am so disappointed I fell for this scam.

Absolutely terrible experience. Ordered a play set August 6th. They sent an email saying it shipped August 31st, but never actually shipped it. Made up excuses and lies for the next 2 months, still never shipped it. Changed color because they said they could ship it immediately, and lied about that again. Now waiting to get a refund 3 months later after being lied to multiple times.

Stay away from them, they have no idea what they are doing.

I think all of these reviews are fake as their is another profile with many negative reviews about Petit Seal.

Oplichterij!!!! Opgelet!!!!
Na het plaatsen van een grote bestelling en de betaling te voltooien (+100 euro om verzendkosten te vermijden) hoor ik niets meer van deze oplichters.
Triestig hoe ze ouders van jonge kindjes oplichten via hun website die steeds van domein naam verandert.
Ik ga hiermee verder naar politie en andere instanties tegen online scam.

Although the delivery was delayed by a month, the quality and look of the playset exceeded my expectations. Absolutely worth the wait.

Play mats are perfect for our baby. Soft and colorful. Great product!

Tipi tent is fantastic. Easy to set up and my kids love it.

Handmade pillows are lovely and very comfortable. Highly recommend.
