Did not receive what I ordered.
I received a hot pink tag instead of the red that I ordered which would have been fine and easily rectified except that despite emailing and submitting an online form to Pet ID Tags I have not had a response back at all. I’ve read how you guarantee your product but from my experience this is not the case at all. I’m sorry to leave this r/v but am very disappointed in your customer service.

Bright tags
The tags are bright and writing clear. Would be better if tags were stainless steel as previous aluminium ones scratched. These may be better quality.

Delivery took ages and sent me an incomplete order. Have emailed them twice, first time over a week ago, to ask for the missing item and haven't received a reply. On top of that the quality of the tag is not great, the corners are very sharp and had to use a nail file to fix them.

Service great, but writing too small
Service was fast although, I found with the product the writing appeared really small and almost fuzzy looking. It's not easy to read at all which is not ideal for a dog tag.
