Ordered robes for my kids and grandkids for their birthdays. Very happy with excellent service and quality. My grandchildren loved their robes and said they liked the colours and their names on the front and they were cuddly and cosy. Thank you Pethstore.

I ordered the oversized towel changing robes for when we go camping. They have been wonderful. I also got the 2 quick dry travels towel as they are not as bulky to take away with you again these are brilliant. When I ordered they had an offer on BOGOF which was fantastic. The shipping took a little longer due to the large amount of orders but I was kept in touch the whole way through very good communication. I will definitely buy again a fantastic product and service.

I ordered 2 personalised robes which were a bit delayed due to being out of stock however I was kept informed all the way and they arrived 👍 they are great colours, quality and the monogram is a nice addition. I would definitely recommend this robe. Excellent customer service.

Jordan was a star, met him in person and he is a super nice person. Ordered robes and beach towels that are fabulous, well made and very affordable. Love that they are made from recycled plastic and very happy to support a local business. We will be ordering more as need more colour ways ☺️.

I really love my changing robe, and my daughter loved hers too. I've been using it at the swimming pool as well. I can't fault it, and customer service was great too, when I couldn't get my first choice of colour. Excellent value.

I ordered two changing robes in a 2 for 1 deal as it seem good value, I also ordered matching towels and got a bonus towel for free.
There was a delay in the order being sent due to the popularity of the deal but this was clearly communicated by email. The delay was not unreasonable - I think I got the products within a week.
The towels are great, fold up really small and have already been tested when we went for a hike on a sunny day and popped it in the rucksack "just in case" - glad we did as it was useful to have to dry our feet after a welcome river paddle.
The robes are great, lots of pockets and will be tested in swim/sauna next week

The robes are great value and the zipped pockets are a great addition, preventing me from accidently dropping your essential bits and pieces on the beach whilst getting changed.

Having previously ordered two robes for myself I have now ordered a complete set for my son and family, purchasing a further 6 robes. Well pleased with my initial purchase and service so am looking forward to another 1st class service.

Great company. I received an email from owner to say the colour I ordered was out of stock. Gave me options. I said I’d wait to receive with the other one I had ordered. Low and behold he fulfilled my order as soon as the colour I wanted arrived. Honest, reliable totally lovely guy

2 robes ordered at the end of May and not arrived. Emailed, phoned and messaged. So disappointing just hope i get my money back now.

Update. The robes have finally arrived this afternoon. I am happy to support uk based businesses. PETH need to tighten up with their communication to enable a better customer experience. I do with PETH well and hooe the business flourishes

Made an order when they had a good deal on. This meant there was a delay in my order being sent, but this was communicated really well by the company. There was also a delay in the postage, but again, communication from them was great when I contacted them and my order arrived less that 24 hours later. Product is great, so many pockets! Would buy from here again in the future. Just leave plenty of time for processing and delivery.

Fabulous products that are reasonably priced and above all - British. Jordan the owner is a one man band and has a fabulous work ethic and awesome customer service. Would 100% recommend purchasing from him.

The robes are amazing

I’ve been a fan of these robes for many years but unfortunately I’ve had a really bad experience with the company. Over 2 months ago I ordered 2 robes. One of them had serious quality issues and the embroidered name was really poor. I got in touch via instagram and got a pretty quick response apologising and offering a replacement…and then communication gradually just stopped altogether, despite me semi-regularly sending messages requesting for an update. I was happy for a replacement but now enough time has passed that I just want my money back and to stop my messages being completely ghosted while they brag on Instagram stories about how many new robes are being sent that day.

Towel robe seems reasonable if not extrodinary quality when finally arrived, but poor communication during bad delays (nearly a month to arrive). Also was neither the plus sized I requested or personalised as discussed. Accepting what I have as I don't expect any success from complaints given above issues, usable but will struggle to fully change in without plus sized, won't shop again wouldn't recommend.
