Good afternoon Mr West,
Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review.
We're pleased to hear that your recent item arrived promptly and that you were happy with the delivery time.
Regarding your previous order for the jeans, I believe my colleague emailed you to advise that an exchange could not be processed due to the price difference. Instead, a refund was arranged for you, which was processed on 29th June 2026.
We hope this clarifies the process, and please do not hesitate to contact our Customer Service team if you need any further assistance.
