Agent able to process return but had little product knowledge for replacement. Unable to connect phone order to my account number. This led to problems. Will not buy again.

I ordered six trousers and, when received, they did not fit - an issue of US vs. UK sizes. The person with whom I spoke on the phone was extremely helpful and I reordered the chinos whcih, when received, fit perfectly. The quality of the trousers is impeccable and I am very pleased with them and the service and attention I received.
