Quick to arrive, including an alteration, delivered where requested and excellent corduroy trousers. I've bought many pairs over the years as my weight has waxed and waned. Excellent quality all.

Good Afternoon
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us.
We are pleased to hear that you’re happy with the quality and value for money of your cord trousers. We’re sorry, however, that you found the leg longer than expected for a 32" length and the waist a little tighter than expected for a 32" waist.
If you wish to return them for an exchange/refund please follow the returns procedure.
We appreciate you highlighting the fit, and we’ll pass your comments on to our team.
Kind Regards

Everything was very good
Everything was very good. The catalogue and online material were clear and helpful. The process of ordering smooth (and I am hopeless with things digital; so this is not to be taken for granted). The clothes are better than I expected; I had chosen functionally but the result is far more. Thanks.

Hello Mrs Hobbis,
Thank you for the lovely feedback! We’re so pleased you’re happy with the shirt and that it arrived promptly. It’s great to hear the colour, design and quality were all to your liking.
Sizing is wrong
Sizing is wrong. Size range 7 to 12 is too wide. I’m size 8 and these socks are huge on me. Also the pinch-free top does not work, again too big, so they slide down.

Hello Sir,
Thank you for your feedback. These socks are intentionally designed with a looser fit to accommodate those who may experience swelling or inflammation in the leg, so we’re sorry they weren’t suitable for you. If the pairs are unworn, you’re very welcome to return them to us.

don't ever buy socks from them
I bought the Socks which are only available in one size (UK Size: 6-11). That is my standard size as I wear Size 8 shoes. The socks are way too loose, they slips down as soon as you start walking. I tried 3 pairs so far and same thing. I have thrown the packaging away on the first day when it arrived so I guess I cant returned it. I would only buy shirts and trousers from them but not the socks. My order number - 1881708
