Got my pet registered a month ago. Tried to use the £5 voucher code for first time but was told it had expired. The email didn't specify an expiry date, but this was my first opportunity to use it.

Thank you to Holly thomas, who helped us with the smooth transition when we had to rehome our dog. Kept us upto date with what we had to do and how it was going. Simple process a difficult time. Would highly recommend pet database to keep your pet details and owners up to date

Registering my pets was easy and when I rehomed my dog the quickly contacted me to make sure that I had indeed rehomed him. Very professional

Great experience after having to rehome my dog. I had an email from Holly asking me to confirm if our dog now had a new owner as they were trying to register her and it flagged up with my details.

What a joy it was to speak to lovely Holly at Pet Database this morning who really put my mind at rest by ensuring that our two senior cats have had their microchips updated on their database after I'd got a bit lost and registered one on a different site for some reason! 🙀

The team was very helpful specially Holly Thompson in transferring the ownership of my cat.I really appreciate her professionalism and support.

After two smart pet tags arrived, I realised that I had made a mistake in ordering a second one. I contacted Pet Database back to explain my error and to request a refund. Aman Purewal who had been communicating with me about my package deal, was gracious and swift in responding to my query, arranged for an immediate refund and in response to my offer of returning the extra tag, said that I could keep it. I am so impressed with the level of customer care with this company, that I am reassured that the service and care will continue throughout my dog's life, should anything untoward happen. Thank you Pet Database! I will recommend to my fellow pet guardians.

We needed help to transfer my pets details over to a new owner we had help from a lovely person called Holly Thompson she made the process so quick and easy and heard back within a day that it was sorted.
