The stock arrived promptly

The stock arrived promptly. I sent a message and received a quick reply.The only thing that I was disappointed with was the parcel wasn't placed where I requested, but this a delivery driver issue. The price was good and when I needed to change my order for the next time it was easy to do online.

Skin condition

We e been trying to help our Cavalier's skin condition for months, including several vet visits. We did some research to find a product, which was much better value through your store. Excellent service and range, thank you pet chemist!

Do not order from them!!

Do not order from them!!! Read all the recent reviews, they do not ship!! My cat is now without her pain relief supplements because the order hasn’t been shipped even though the website says it should have been shipped 4 days ago. Emailed them to ask what’s happening and they just sent me an invoice. Terrible experience!

Unacceptable delivery service by Startrack Express.

The order arrived a day after i was told to expect it. I canceled scheduled appointments to make sure that I would be home to take delivery as it was insulin that was supposed to be kept cold, the package didn’t arrive until the next day. Needless to say, the cold packs had thawed and the insulin was not cold.

This is the second time that this has occurred, even though I pay $20 for express delivery. I appreciate that the delivery is beyond your control, however this is the second time this has happened. May I suggest that you contact StarTrack Express, or Australia Post, to ascertain what happened. On looking at the tracking history, the package was transported beck and forth to the same location several times. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. If this occurs again I will be asking for the return of my prescription and I Will take my business elsewhere.
