All 7 of us and our big dog were delighted with this lovely house on Skelton Green ; it was modern , welcoming , clean and comfortable. We can really recommend it. A super hot tub and wee sauna. My bedroom overlooked farmland , the ancient farm and dry stonewall I used to walk by as a child in the 50s .To the front are fields and the Cleveland Way rural path down into Skelton and eventually to Saltburn. Had a great 2 nights. Near Saltburn and Whitby too.

We recently attended at Wavecrest Cottage for a 50th birthday celebration and we all had a fabulous time. The house is beautiful and we had everything we needed.
The location of the house is perfect and the hot tub was fabulous.

Will definitely be visiting again!

I’ve had the pleasure of staying in both of the holiday cottages over the past two years and would highly recommend a stay in them.
I found them beautifully furnished scrupulously clean and kitted out with everything you need for a relaxed pleasurable stay. Not to mention the lovely proprietors!! Highly recommend and will be returning !!

Stayed here with my partner, sister and her partner, it was spacious with plenty of space for all of us. Lovely and felt like home from home, comfy beds, dining area is great and overall really well equipped. Hot tub was nice on a rainy day. Local pubs an easy walk and had some nice food in one which had a great outdoor area. Thank you to our great hosts, provided loads of information on the local area for us and made us feel welcome. Will defo go again.

I stayed here over the weekend with 4 of my friends we had a lovely time. There was everything we needed to have a lovely stay.
It's so spacious it had plenty of room for us all. The bed was so comfy and it had a lovely shower. There are lots of lovely touches to make your stay mor comfortable from dressing gowns to slippers and ear plugs .
The hot tub /steam room was lovely and nice that it was indoors. I love that it's dog friendly with lovely touches for the dog . It's lovely if you want a fun holiday with friends or a family trip with the kids . I would highly recommend and can't wait to come back.

Stayed at the Petal and Barley cottage this weekend for a friends 40th and had an amazing time! The cottage is cute and comfortable and the added extras like the sauna, hot tub and being able to get facials and massage made the weekend! Would definitely stay again and highly recommend! Thanks ladies!
