The cost was £275 for 30 minutes and just put down some rat poison. Did not clean up the droppings or investigate where the rates were coming in or block up any holes.

The initial visit involved placing professional-use treatments and assessing the activity, which is standard procedure for rat control. Removal of droppings and cleaning services are not typically included within pest control treatments, however as a gesture of goodwill we have offered to carry this out for you free of charge.
