I manage a large historic building and have had other pest control companies working at site but we never had the level of care and professionalism that we get from Pest Risk Management. We always have the same operative who knows the building and where the issues are and how to effectively treat issues.

We had an excellent experience with Pest Management Services Ltd. They provided clear, practical preventive advice tailored to our small farm, taking the time to understand our setup and specific concerns. Their knowledge and professionalism really stood out, and they explained everything in a way that was easy to follow and apply.
They also dealt with our wasp nest issues earlier on in the year efficiently and safely, giving us peace of mind and advice on how to prevent future problems. Not a glamorous role but carried out very professionally.

Rats in garden
Rats in garden. Great customer service. Understood our problem and got someone out to visit us more or less straight away . They quickly identified the problem (bird feeders) and dealt with it . They explained to us how to stop it.
