We recently used this pest control company for a bed bug issue and honestly couldn’t be happier with the service. We had two treatments carried out, and from start to finish everything was handled professionally.

Kam was our technician and he was brilliant. He explained everything clearly – what needed to be done before the treatment, what to expect during it, and exactly what to do afterwards. He was patient, thorough, and happy to answer all our questions, which really put us at ease during a stressful situation.

After the second treatment, the problem was completely resolved. You can tell they really know what they’re doing. Reliable, knowledgeable and great communication throughout. I would definitely recommend them to anyone dealing with bed bugs.

It has been a week since the appointment and I have not heard any noise coming out from the wall. The smell is gone. I wanted to leave a review straight away but I held off until now and everything looks good 👌🏻..The service was top notch. Kam the engineer who came to inspect my house was fully professional. He checked every corner of the living room and found two holes that my wife never seen hoovering behind the sofa. He has an eagle eye. I am satisfied so far and I would be happy to recommend his service to others..

I tend to write reviews only when I have a bad experience, but I felt compelled to share a few words about these guys.

I started seeing a mouse in the house, but only decided to contact a pest control company after I found droppings under the sofa.

They were the first link I clicked in Google, so it's just luck... (there are a lot of Pest control companies in London), but I am glad that I clicked on them. No robots, just humans taking the call. After a quick chat, I was asked to send a message from the website, which I did. They came back with a date/time and a price. It was fine... I paid £286 for the engineer to visit us. He took off the kickboard, moved furniture around, asked about the manhole, and sealed the entry points. After that, I had a nice chat with Kam (the engineer who visited us); he left a trap, and that was it.

If I have to highlight one thing about these guys, it is that they are genuine. London needs more honest companies like this.
