Gary and I were so happy with our experience with Perro Air back in October of 2025 that when it came time to move Gary's two dogs, we didn't hesitate to contact Perro Air again. Chuck and Sarah are wonderful to work with. Everyone did so much to make the trip comfortable and stress free for us and our pets.

Would HIGHLY recommend Perro Air to anyone else choosing to travel with pets or relocating. The owners Chuck and Sarah are extremely helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They make the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We took a flight from Florida to Panama last December and everything from coordinating the logistics of travel with our large pup, to flight day interacting with the Chuck/Sarah, the other passengers + their dogs, the pilot, the flight attendant, was first class. The plane we took was genuinely the best flight I’ve ever been on, we had a private jet experience at a more affordable price, with top notch dining, seating, Wifi, and service. Would highly recommend and will be contacting Perro Air the next time we make a trip.

GOOD experience

The shared charter back to the USA from Panama was done reasonably well. The trip went smoothly. The shared charter was so much more cost effective than the private charter we engaged almost a year and a half ago when we went to the Republic of Panama. Our initial dealings with Perro Air were a little sketchy as Perro Air uses email exclusively so as to document events and all communications. Once we resigned ourselves to this, everything went rather smoothly. Timely communications, howevver, would inure to the benefit of Perro Air tremendously.

Was a last Minute flight and everything went as smooth as possible. Was very satisfied by the way this company did buisness. Will use them again

My wife and I have moved to Guanacaste, Costa Rica from Birmingham, Alabama for a few months to explore a permanent relocation.

We don't have human kids, but our dogs Harper and Bennie are our four-legged children, and we wanted to explore options that didn't involve stuffing them into a cargo hold on a commercial flight for the trip down.

Enter Sarah and Chuck from Perro Air. I had explored other chartered flight options, but most were insanely expensive. The unique value proposition that Perro Air provides is that it's a shared flight, so the cost is split among multiple people, bringing it down to a fraction of the next-best option.

From start to finish, Sarah and Chuck were so responsive and went above and beyond in providing the most up-to-date guidance on vet/customs paperwork and logistics.

On the day of travel, I met Chuck at the FBO in Ft. Lauderdale and it was smooth sailing the whole way through. Our aircraft was an awesome, battleship gray Learjet45 in wonderful condition.

My wife, who wasn't on the flight with us, was probably the most nervous of all of us, and Sarah gave her constant updates on our journey on WhatsApp, which went a long way in calming her nerves! She told my wife exactly where to meet us to pick us up when we arrived in Liberia.

When we touched down, we had a personal concierge who was by our side all the way through customs, and who handled our bags, paperwork, and translation services. This is a HUGE advantage--can't imagine how much more of a hassle it would have been to navigate all that alone and with two dogs.

We arrived in our new home safe, sound, and in great spirits thanks to Sarah and Chuck!

TL;DR: Perro Air is an OUTSTANDING outfit. Personalized, compassionate service from start to finish and immense peace of mind! If you're considering a chartered option to Central America with your pups, go with Sarah and Chuck.

Sarah and Chuck provide the best customer service. They are quick to answer any questions and provide info that was very helpful. We travelled from Ontario Canada to Fort Lauderdale FXE before our smooth transition to CR. They helped with everything along the way. I would recommend Perro Air to anyone. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Amazing experience with PerroAir. Sarah was communicative and made sure to follow up with any questions quickly. The early flight allowed us to have a private valet that walked us through the customs and animal intake quickly and easily.
We had a full flight with 11 dogs and 6 owners. Definitely a first class experience - I wish I could fly like this everytime.

Sarah, Chuck and the team at Perro Air are amazing!! My dog and I traveled with Perro Air twice, (Nov-2024 from Florida to Costa Rica and returned to Florida in May-2025) and both times the service and communication was outstanding. We had some weather related delays on one flight that was of no fault of Perro Air but Sarah and the team went above and beyond to assist with arrangements and recommendations until the weather passed and we could travel. I would not hesitate to work with Perro Air again and hope that the futures allows me to travel with them again.

Thank you soo much to the Perro air staff and everybody involved in Choco ‘s trip , everyone was very friendly helpful, from the begging to the end the whole experience was excellent, the plane was comfortable, they accommodate us very strategically in the plane , so everyone was confortable. They were so helpful from beginning to end - fantastic experience!

When we ran into a scheduling problem caused by an unexpected change in where charter flights are allowed to fly in Panama, the company stepped up and found lodging for us and our dogs and rescheduled the flight back to the States. I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently they made everything process smoothly. Plus the actual flight back and the crew were everything one could wish.

Traveling to CR was worry free with (4) dogs & (2) cats. Step by step help with the whole process. Immigration was a breeze. They have bilingual help in Costa Rica to get you through the process quickly. We went through in 25 mins.

Even better than we imagined.

Great experience from start to finish. They were helpful in outlining the hoops to jump through to transport my dog to the U.S. and were good at communicating throughout the process. They had a liasion at the airport to shepherd us through the process, and they had another liasion at the end point as well. Friendly, skilled pilots, comfortable fast small jet. Use the bathroom before departing as this is a small plane with no facility.

Everything from my first contact to Perro Air to bringing my dog to Costa Rica went smoothly. The owners of the company are amazing and provide such excellent customer service and attention to detail. The dogs were all so happy and relaxed on the private flight. It is the true private jet experience. What a treat to use a private airport terminal for the day. No lines or security makes everything so relaxed and comfortable.

Fantastic experience from start to finish!
We moved our golden retriever and black lab from Costa Rica back to the US using Perro Air. Sarah and Chuck were super helpful, responsive and informative throughout the entire process. I was flying alone and wondering how I was going to be able to navigate through an airport with my bags and 2 big dogs but there was someone to help from the minute I go to the airport in Liberia to when I got into my rental car in Fort Lauderdale. I can’t recommend this service enough. Thank you to everyone who made it such a smooth and stress free experience!

Everything was so amazing with Perro Air starting with the airport in LIR. Everyone pampered me incredibly because of being old with a bad back and having one of my two dogs both blind and old. From Chris to Alejandra and Brandon I couldn’t have asked for more. The flight was great and the help on the other end was awesome as well. It was a special treat to see Chuck and Sarah at the end of the journey! Thank each and every one of you !

It’s very simple. Perro Air was the only outfit that would fly (in cabin) myself & my Cane Corso 120 pound Mastiff from Fort Lauderdale to Costa Rica. The Perro Air family Sarah & Chuck, &Crew helped me out every step of the way and would check in a few months before the arranged flight often. The flight itself was on time, excellent & quick. Easy to negotiate from start to finish. Upon arrival in costa Rica, we were moved to the front of the line for passport control. I can’t recommend this group highly enough .Mission accomplished. 5 Stars! Perro Air fans for life Dave &Cresta Ridgeway
