Ordered on 23/09/24. Still haven’t received items. When emailed they always say “ Thank you for reaching out to us and for your patience. We sincerely apologize for the delay in processing your order. Due to the high volume of orders during the Black Friday period, we are currently experiencing a temporary shipping backlog.
Please rest assured that your order will be shipped as soon as possible, and we anticipate that all delayed orders, including yours, will be dispatched by the end of this week.”

Bought 2 tracksuits, fits amazingly. Good quality. Didnt have same experience as othere, but tbh. There was no need for me to get in touch with there customer service

Terrible customer service. After waiting nearly two months for my order, which I received from filing a complaint on Klarna, who looked into it for me, as I paid through them. I changed my mind and no longer wanted the tracksuit anymore.
I had to email the support team for a return, but heard nothing after multiple emails. I also DMd them on instagram but also heard nothing. They state you have 14days for a return but they obviously know what they’re doing. I’m £200 out of pocket and with a Tracky I don’t want.

I ordered a tracksuit from Perplex… it came over a month later than stated on their website. I emailed customer services multiple times, in which the first two times I was replied to with empty promises of them saying my order would be shipped out soon. When I realised it wasn’t, I emailed again a few more times but received no response. When the tracksuit finally came, the hoodie smelt like smoke - clearly not new. I have emailed again in order to get an exchange for the hoodie, however, I YET AGAIN haven’t got a response back. I have also now seen other customers on their instagram page @perplexde claiming that they’re still waiting for their order which is over 2 months late. The tracksuit is good quality but the zip up hoodie is very oversized. Not a professional company at all so much so to get the order shipped I had to contact my bank as I thought I was scammed! Not worth the worry or hassle… still awaiting a reply!

I've ordered from Perplex several times, and each time I'm impressed by the quality and unique fit of their pieces. The attention to detail and premium feel make their hoodies and tracksuits stand out from anything else I've worn.

Hoodie bought and arrived however, doesnt fit and their returns policy is to email their customer service. 3 emails in 3 days and still nothing back with them stating I have 14 days to return on their website. So far, 150 euros on something I cant even wear.
