Claudia is a great resource for me. I am less familiar with the ad landscape having only worked in it for 5 months. She is very patient with me and willing to answer any and all questions I might have. Even if the task maybe isn't relevant to ads she is happy to answer or find an answer. Perpetua and Claudia are crucial to our team's success in advertising on Amazon.

problem with perpetua are known for long time but they don't care.
Example: paste keywords in a sponsored campaign is a pain. 1 minutes, you can input 100, 20 second after 15. Seems to be a minor problem? It is like driving a car. One minute it is only with left hand and 30 sec after, only right hand and a door opened. 30 second after it is with 2 door opened and the radio full blast, etc... Sure you will go quicker than walking, but for the price, you expect something more stable.

And we don't speak about the ASIN grabber!!!
