I started this product earlier this year with high hopes of getting tanner quicker (10 minutes of exposure instead of 1 hour that it usually takes me) instead of using fake tan. Whilst I did end up getting tan (I was in the sun a good amount but didn’t tan naturally anymore than I usually do) I gained a fair few new very dark (almost black) moles on my back and thigh, which is very scary and I am now very anxious about. After the use of the nasal spray I have also, ever since the use of the spray been struggling with extremely bad blocked ears that pop in and out at random. I have used ear cleaning drops, nasal clearing sinus spray, natural sinus clearing herbs and remedies, cleansed my nasal passages with saline, been on steroids and medications to drain the fluid from my inner ear and still struggle to this day after all of these procedures to get my ears to 100%, the way they were previously to using the permatan nasal spray. I also thought maybe using the spray sublingually instead would prevent my ears from blocking up, but to my disappointment this did not work either and still clogged up my sinuses/inner ear. I did message permatan about this via Instagram and email, and they responded suggesting I use a nasal cleanser (which I already had) and that I was out of the time window for a refund, which is fine. I just thought I’d share my experience with others in case this were to happen again to anyone else and that I could maybe prevent it for them. The reason I reached out so late to permatan was because for months I had no idea it was the nasal spray causing my sinus/ear issues. Be careful and take care about what you ingest into your body (especially to things that have not been studied enough to know the long term effects of) melanoma is a very dangerous condition to play with.

Two stars because it does work, but there’s a few MAJOR concerns that I have with this product that I feel other consumers should be aware of.

Permatan's product descriptions indicate a 3-month supply for their quadruple solutions, this is where researching peptide stability provides valuable insights to help consumers make informed decisions. The company also states that while sun exposure is not required for tanning, it can enhance the tanning results.
The product description also indicates that the tan will last 6 months after you’ve stopped using the product, however in my experience the tan faded drastically after stopping use for only one month (with daily sun exposure)

Dermatology:
I formed several dark spots all over my body after using this product (1 jumbo nose spray) I have annual visits with my dermatologist to ensure the health of my skin. Seeing this change in my skin after using this product, my dermatologist advised that I not continue use. Since we’re all individual with unique skin, I can’t speak for other consumer’s and their experiences, but wanted to share mine.

Customer service:
I messaged support about their product descriptions regarding the tan lasting for at least 6 months after discontinued use, letting them know that mine was faded completely after a month(even with sun exposure) and they never responded…I messaged them again but still no response…it’s been 4 months now and support has not responded.
My experience with Permatan raised concerns regarding the company's primary focus. I believe that accurate and transparent product information is crucial for consumer safety and informed decision-making.

I have gained new dark freckles and moles and hyperpigmentation across my entire body in only a few days!!!!

I just spent $60 only to now need to spend thousands to remove the damage. Please don't try this.

I waited 8 weeks for this product to arrive after ordering it express. I got the triple strength sublingual drops and have seen no results after 2 weeks of use. Very disappointing and I feel completely ripped off. I do not recommend using this brand.

Ok, I will start by saying this product definitely works. I bought the quadruple sublingual and did the stacking which worked well, while doing that I bought the nasal spray. I found I had to go into the sun, there was no tan without the sun. The nasal spray gave me horrible anxiety, a beat red face and a racing heart. I would not use those ever again. I did use it up though since this product is very expensive to buy and have to pay in Canadian currency. I would love to continue with the sublingual drops but with the price and reading up on the side effects I will most likely not. I have already stopped and notice my tan leaving as fast as any other tan, possibly a bit slower.

Great experience in purchasing and receiving the products. I feel like it’s a little pricy for what you get as the bottle sizes are very small. I like the nasal spray better than the drops but realised that the nasal spray needs to be revisited when it comes to making sure every drop is counted for. It got to a certain point where I couldn’t spray it anymore as the level wasn’t high enough for it to be sucked up so I feel like many drops are wasted. As for the product itself, it does work. I noticed it in a months time. Not so much my body but definitely my face. I would love to purchase more but the prices just turns me off especially knowing that they bottles are small and so much of it is wasted towards the end.

I ordered on 18/9, specifically ordered a non pre order product and expected that as per their shipping page it would be dispatched in 1-2 business days from their Aussie warehouse. It is now 1/11 and I’m yet to receive my order. It took multiple emails and Instagram messages/commenting on their Instagram posts to get assistance and all they did was give vague updates. Finally I got a tracking number, this just sat on “awaiting pick up” for so long- finally it updated to show my order is coming from the US even though I’m located in Australia- their response was there is no stock at the aus warehouse. This is not reflected anywhere on their website. Now the tracking status has not changed in weeks, my order is still in the US and doesn’t look like it’s even started its journey yet. The customer service is absolutely shocking and the most annoying thing is they advertise daily and respond to potential customers telling them lies- website still reflects 1-2 business days for dispatch but this is so far from accurate. If this is the timeframe for an “in stock” product imagine what it is for pre orders?! I would never ever shop with them again and highly recommend you don’t support this terrible dishonest business.

Ordered in March. Still have not received product or refund!

Im from Cairns, Australia and was hesitant to buy from overseas. But the product was such a good idea and permatan IG seemed legit and so I went ahead and bought. Received a million emails with order number and then discounts codes etc etc.
It wasn’t until I went to track my order that I realised no tracking number. I sent an email enquiry and got nothing back about tracking number. Sent a msg on IG and requested they respond by cancelling my order and immediate refund. I threatened to report their IG as a scam and they have just now messaged back on email quote “ Hi Simone,

We have now cancelled your order and issued a full refund.

Please note that it may take 1-3 business days for the funds to land in your account. Thank you!”

We’ll see if it happens! I will update on this thread if they honour the refund.
Super devastated to see these other trust pilot reviews saying they got it but it don’t even work. I’ll probs look for another supplier. Let us know here if you found an alternative that works???! Xx thank the goddess for trust pilot! Lol

Original product I ordered not in stock. I emailed customer services who were appalling. I told them when I was going on holiday.. Alternative product arrived when I was away.. Despite several emails saying to cancel my order and refund me. Tried product which I didn't order and it didn't work!
