Dropship service

The quality of the product is good, although the shipping took way too long which is when I realised Peris Gems is nothing but a dropshipping service where they directly ship to you from vendors such as from AliExpress and give you a custom link to track them
Not big on customer service either, if you're looking for cheap but good accessories but don't have time to search online you can try here

BEWARE!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM PERIS GEMS WEBISTE, IT'S A FAKE. A BUNCH OF LUNATIC PEOPLE TRYING TO MAKE MONEY. THEY SHOULD BE INVESTIGATED AND STOP THEM TO OPERATE PRETENDING THAT THEY HAVE BUSINESS. THE COMPANY DOESN'T EXIST AND A FAKE WEBSITE" THEY JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE JUST PART OF SCHEMING AND ABSOLUTELY NOT A REAL WEBSITE. VERY BAD BAD BAD WEBSITE! Allan Rodrigo, I suggest you calm down and take a breather. You sent one email asking where your item is and we responded by saying:
"Good morning Allan,

Our orders take 2-4 business days to ship and 6-12 business days to arrive, it’ll ship sometimes this week and you’ll get an email with the tracking. Thank you for your purchase and let me know if you have any questions!"

You then proceeded to go radio silent and all of a sudden we see this review. If anything, companies and businesses need to stay away from YOU. Terrible customer, pretending to be interested in products, and should be investigated for theft since you're wasting my time. Don't ever buy from us again. Don't even think about clicking our store. Matter of fact, I'm blocking your customer account right now. Never seen such an angry Canadian before.

I was trying to be nice and asked them to cancel my order and this is the reply to me.

Look bro, you seem like you’re starving for the $30 so I’m going to cancel your shi..ty ass small order. You placed the order on a Sunday which isn’t a business day, and now it’s Thursday so it’s been 3 business days. But I’m tired of seeing you email me the same shi..tso I’m gonna cancel your order because you seem to have negative IQ. The refund will take 15 business days to come back so enjoy. Ret..ard

Stay away from this company Peris Gems. At all cost. It’s a scam!

Your order was placed on July 14th, and by July 16th we have received a dozen emails from you wanting to know when it'll ship. My brother in Christ, you placed the order on a Sunday. Our warehouse is closed on Sunday.

Speedy fast response time from the Peris Gems team, might I add.

You see that response? What does the term "business day" mean to you? One business day has elapsed since you placed the order, and we got tired of the countless emails you kept sending. We told you the same response over and over again. Do you like repeating yourself? Last I checked, scammers don't send money back. Hopefully you invested your $30 wisely, thanks for wasting our time. Stay blessed angry igloo man.

Scam...never recieved the item nor any…

Scam...never recieved the item nor any kind of delivery notification, yet they insist the item was delivered, and won't give any refund even though I never recieved the item.

Edit: Definitely did call USPS they investigated and called me back, said with that tracking number the label was created but package never dropped off to carrier...so USPS never had the package either. My statement stands, either very poor business practice/organization or scam. Several other people on these reviews have also mentioned they never recieved the product...so yes I will trust the word of mouth.

We've reached out to USPS about this issue, and they told us that you need to contact them. We've told you this three times over e-mail and you claim that you did reach out. We can't confirm or deny that you did, but we'll go with you didn't reach out to them like we advised you to do so.

Our automated system doesn't sync with USPS, which means that you won't receive any notifications about delivery from us. Nonetheless, USPS says the package was left at your front porch, and the bell most likely would've rung after delivery. I'd advise you check your home security system to see if maybe the package was stolen. Use the link above to see the delivery date.

We trust factual evidence more than word of mouth; USPS has been operating for more than 50 years and we trust their system saying it's delivered more than word of mouth. With that being said, there's no reason to defame us by calling us scammers. You operate a business yourself, so you might know how frustrating it is when things are simply out of your control, exactly like what happened in this scenario.

We advise you to call USPS (do it again if you called already) and most likely they have it stored at a regional facility. We cannot do anything from our end, and we will not refund you.

Happy With Price, Quality, Sizing and Comfort

Had a good experience with this company. It took a bit to ship, and I didn't get many shipping updates, so I wasn't 100% sure when it would arrive. I got my order in good time though, and I felt this was pretty reasonable. Just wanted to note in case anyone was thinking of getting a last minute gift. I was very impressed with the quality, and price. The sizing was good, the items looked like their photos and my partner said they never knew jeans could be so comfortable. it's difficult to find alt clothes that is good quality, but don't break the bank, so I'm all around very happy with my experience with them.

bad :(

A load of horseraddish. Terrible website, i put something in the basket next second it ain't there, and even if i can find it in the basket i can't check out couse it brings me to the front page, instead of checkout.
I dislike it.
