I bought these for my daughter, who suffers severe cramps, and they really worked for her and made the pain bearable. Quick delivery too! Not sure of exact date I ordered them, but Spring 2023.

Worn for my whole 5days now and yeah. Glad I got it. I get awful periods, have some conditions so I have meds on standby but didn’t have to take a lot this time. My low moods aside, this really helped with pain/cramps. Even put it on my lower back on day 4 and guys???? Nice to not have to carry hot water bottles or pay for pricier items. And the smell is so soothing😭

I have enormous pain on my period and can not do without pain killers so I thought I’ll give this a try. It did not kill all the pain for me but it definitely helped to reduce it. Nice smell and cooling effects a big advantage. Should definitely work for people with less painful period.

i’ve just bought my first pack of these and i love them. i have a copper IUD so my periods are pretty painful, they calmed my cramps down within 10 minutes and they are very comfortable to wear :)) have subscribed for monthly deliveries!!

I suffer extremely bad period and gyni pains and this really does help. I take naproxen usually but this is my first go to now.

Got rid of my abdominal cramps! The cooling sensation really distracts you and helped get rid of my bloating and pain. It applies really easily and I like material of the patch. The smell is nice and soothing too!

I could feel the cooling sensation almost immediately after applying the patch- highly recommended!!

I used it for the first time when my period was a 6 out of 10 on the pain scale. It was amazing for about 3 & a half hours with icey cold relief, but it wore off after that (my body burns through medication quickly so it's probably me not the product). They were bigger than expected which is great and covers a lot of area. Peeling it off wasn't great but that's just cus I didn't know I had some peach fuzz on my lower tummy (free wax! 😅). Overall good product.

This is a 10 star product. It actually does the work and it takes effect. I have tried pain killers prescribed by doctors but they don’t seem to work. This is a life changer for me.

I saw a TikTok created by a user who claimed within 20 minutes of using the period patch, she was pain free and I rushed to buy one so I could try it as I usually am in substantial pain during my period. Delivery was quick, however the product did nothing to alleviate period pain as advertised. I have given two stars because delivery was prompt and I like to support small business but I wouldn’t buy this product again nor recommend.

I have been struggling with extreme and very extreme pain for years now and must say this plaster has indeed helped.its very soothing and relaxing, I would definitely buy from now on!

I tried it out at first felt the tingling but didn’t seem to do much affect for me kept it on for the whole 8 hours but nothing. Tried it first on my lower stomach didn’t do much then the next day tried on my lower back but nothing.

I'd heard Boswellia is an inflammatory but have never seen it in patch so I thought I'd try it after a friend also recommended it. I didn't have much expectations to be honest. But after around 20 mins I could feel it working, it has deffo taken the sharpness away, made it more dull and I don't even realise it's on, it's now an essential addition to my work bag 10/10.

Lovely product. Loved the smell of it and it lasted throughout my 12 hr shift. Still took analgesia when required but it definitely helped with the cramping. Would definitely buy again and I’ve recommended to a bunch of work colleagues.

Excellent product really helped my very painful periods. Have suffered every month but now get some relief which is amazing. Only thing that has made this slightly bearable.
