I mistakenly used and old address (blame Apple Pay) these guys where on it! I was able to change the address. Top quality samples 10000% authentic, extremely trust worthy! Just ordered another 8/9 samples as thank you for changing my order so quickly

Ordered twice from them. Fast delivery, good presentation in quality bottles. Prices are a bit higher than other decants but the service is also better.
Had some issue with a sample: I was thinking they sent me eau de parfumes instead of extrait as I ordered, based on performance; reached out to them. They sent me another sample without asking to return the questionable one and without charging me anything.
Points also can be accumulated for purchases to get discounts on future orders.
Definitely satisfied.

Good selection and service. The bottles only come in one 8cm tall size which is a bit big if you're ordering 1ml samples.
It's cool and all you're taking time off for holidays but why take down the entire site? Can't orders just have a longer estimated date? At least have it be view only.

My order was shipped after more than a week, compared to other brands this was horrible. Furthermore my vials came broken, the liquid leaked to the bottom of the bag which then fell over me when I opened my package.

Additionally, the one vial that isnt damaged lasted 1 hour. I firmly believe these are watered down despite the excuses Perumista will give. It seems this is a common problem after reading multiple reviews.

I would recommend choosing any other available brands as I have seen their extremely long shipping time to be a common issue. Extremely dissapointed with my purchase as well as my first time with the brand.

Always quick delivery and quality fragrance, great for trying before you commit to a full size and also great for taking on a trip

The spray bottles are very cheap, I've had two of the four now stop working properly. The postage was also quite slow.

Over all though I think 4 stars is a generous score as I love the concept and I will consider using them again. Maybe I'll get smaller bottles as the 5ml seem to struggle past the first couple of ml of sprays.

I am so happy to find a place which I can trust. I order from them often and will continue to do so. The packaging is great and professional. They stock scents which I haven't heard of.
I'd genuinely join a monthly subscription similar to Scent Bird if Perfumista did this.

The main issue with a lot of sample websites is that they sell fakes, so you're always taking a risk. I can say confidently that Perfumista's samples are 100% genuine because their samples have often led me to buy full bottles of the fragrance(s) and they smell identical.

The collection of fragrances is also very good and they usually have what I'm looking for with a good balance of mainstream stuff and more unusual brands.

I would give Perfumista five stars however my only real criticisms are that dispatch times can be quite variable. I've had some orders arrive very quickly but occasionally even if I've only ordered a single decant it can take a while to arrive. I don't judge this too harshly, though, I get the impression that this is a small operation rather than a massive team. The main thing is that you will get an authentic product.

Responsiveness on the customer service portal is also a bit variable - this could definitely be improved.

However if you've come here because you want to know if this place is selling legitimate samples of whatever fragrance you'd like to try out then the answer is 100% yes and they're my go-to for fragrance samples now.

Quick service, well packaged. Quality fragrances. Great choice. Will definitely use again.
