Decent Brand however Availablity Can Vary
Always a good website and I always look first in here as I am a fragrance member but my frustration lies in the availability of the aftershaves. I sometimes have to wait weeks if I want to purchase with my members price sometimes I can't wait so I shop elsewhere. The availability is for popular brands as well it's obviously that's how your strategy works you buy in bulk of what you have then order again when stock has depleted

We truly appreciate your continued loyalty as a Rewards Member and it's nice to hear you often look to us first 😃 We understand your frustration regarding the availability of certain aftershaves. We're always working on improving our networks of suppliers to ensure more consistent availability of popular scents. It's sometimes tough to source certain products 😁 Your feedback is invaluable, so thanks for taking the time to share that with us!

Stay clear buy from somewhere else
I purchased a perfume for my wife’s birthday. They sent me the wrong size in error due to a system error their end. But was not happy to rectify without me sending the product back. Then they couldn’t print a return label. I had to buy the product again in the right size having to pay for the faster delivery when the delivery would have been free due to what I was spending. I eventually got a return label and eventually got a refund. I didn’t receive the refund for the extra delivery cost I had to pay for which I was told I would. They have no compassion for customer satisfaction and I would certainly not use them again. They admit fault but do nothing about it.
