I’ve made over a 400$ purchase for chrome projector headlights for my accord. I placed this order well over a month ago and they have yet to come. Started to think this was a scam, I haven’t even received a tracking number. Order number is 32211

I placed my order 3 weeks ago. They took my money and still have not shipped. There is no address on their website and nobody answers the phone. My credit card statement says payment went to wwwpartszone1.com. Seems like a scam. Everyone should call this number to harass them 647-410-7120

A week later, and my order #32311 has still not been refunded. Will not answer the phone, goes straight to voice mail.
Had no choice but to file a dispute with my credit card company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!!

UPDATE: Yes, that is correct. I had to launch a dispute because;
a) You do not answer emails or contact forms.
b) Do not answer the phone, or return calls.
c) Still have not refunded my money.

All in all, the fact that we can only communicate with your business through Trustpilot, and our bank, is proof positive that buyers should stay far far away from your site. What a farce!

The worst service ever! Whoever is reading this please refund order #32163. Ignored emails and phone calls are a sign of a mismanaged and pi** poor business.

Over a month with no update called 2 times and email 5 times no one answered. Scam no customer service at all never order from there

If l can give zero star, l would! This is the worst site ever! I ordered some artificial grass on May 12 with order number 32055. I have sent several emails with just one response saying l would get it in 2 weeks. This is June 6, l have no idea if order is shipped or not. The worst is you can't call them nor leave a message and yet they won't respond to emails. Which company does that at this age? I have so much doubt that anything is real about this company😓

Everything is wrong with this company! After l left my review, l received an email on June 6 saying my order changed to refunded. This was after l have wasted almost a month awaiting my order that never shipped. No one apologized for wasting my time and holding my money for that long. This is a week later, my money has not been refunded. I have re-ordered same item from another company and received it. But l'm still here awaiting my refund from this company. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM FOR YOUR SANITY!!!

I wish i would have read all reviews before ordering anything the worst guys i have ever dealt with they don't respond to email or return phone calls. BUT THEY are fast at taking your money. You could at least reply to a customer so they know your not a scamer

If 0 stars was an option that’s what they would be getting. Ordered my parts April 6th and I’m still waiting on my full order to arrive (I’ve received 2 out of 10 components NOT HALF) that is ridiculous. They ignore you and if they do reply they can’t answer a question honestly. Wouldn’t recommend this company to ANYBODY. Any good review left on here is clearly someone from their company… probably Steve I guess that’s what he’s always to busy doing. I noticed someone responds to these reviews way faster than they do to emails (phone calls are not an option they don’t answer) so In case you see this I would like the tracking number for my order (#31156)

I did the math I’m in Alberta and their in Ontario I could’ve walked there by now and been half way back enough said.

Ordered tow mirrors two weeks ago. No shipping updates, no response from customer service, no sign of my mirrors. They did charge my credit card the day I placed the order though. I'm not 100% sure if this company is a scam or just terrible. Eitherway, cancelling the order through visa and reporting them as fraudulent.

Ordered tail lights three weeks ago. I tried contacting you through email and phone for the last two weeks with no luck. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had ordering something online. The fact that you guys cannot even respond is unacceptable. Shipping time was supposed to be 2 to 3 weeks it’s been three weeks I don’t even have a tracking number. Please cancel my order so I can order through another website that actually cares about their customers. I am 40 years old and this is the first time I have ever written a review so that should say something.

I had nothing but positive experiences. Ordered in person and online. Shipping was fast and friendly delivery service. High quality car parts. My car runs better. Great hidden gem in Toronto, they have parts that other locations do not have in stock.
