I have called numerous times, one ring and says mailbox full. Sent 3 or 4 emails and nothing back. I am fed up this company is trash and terrible at customer service.
I would like a refund on my order, or i will be going into bank and reporting fraud. Not impressed do not use this company for anything.

Credit card company issued my refund, and filed complaint with the powers that be...whatever that means. Waited for months for response and still nothing from this POS seller.

Worst company ever to deal with. They don’t respond to inquiries unless you give them a poor review here, apparently.

Absolute bullsheet company. Ordered parts middle of may this year, order number #32193 changed status to awaiting shipping, nothing no follow up from them or anything, tried emailing them 3 times, can't get through on the phone, complete scam.

Commande 32394 fait le 21 juin 2022, pour pare choc oedro, pour ma jeep wrangler. Le 21 juin 2022 en soirée demande fait par mail de canceller la commande et me rembourser. Le 22 juin 2022 deuxième mail pour annuler la commande et me rembourser. Aucune réponse de votre part. J’ai tenté de vous joindre par téléphone aucune réponse ou la ligne est toujours occupée. Ce jour le 29 juin je vous ais à nouveau envoyé le courriel d’annulation et remboursement.

13 juillet, toujours pas de réponse, ni remboursement!

Well I've waited a fair amount of time before leaving another review and after only 1 single reply from them saying I would recieve somthing this week and clearly that will not be the case not only was my original service poor but the resolution service was also poor. since this is the only way to contact this buisness Refund order 32230.

I had ordered parts for my jeep April 15th, spent just over $320. You guys emailed me April 28th saying it has been shipped. It is June 24th and still no parts. Or any sort of update. I live less than an hour from your facility. Either give me an update. A tracking number or refund my purchase and I'll buy somewhere else.

Spent $300 in parts a month ago, no tracking number no nothing. I can’t get through via email; whenever I call it says the line is busy when it obviously isn’t. If you’re coming up as the first place on Google, get your act together. You have no good reviews. Might as well get off marketplace. These were needed for a trip to the Yukon. Order number #32650
