Carefully choosing my words…The communication is garbage. Painfully slow to reply to any means of 21st century technology. Was lucky to receive a few replies but is was laughable. Promised 1 week delivery, 30 days ago. Operates like a scam. Buyer beware. Send me a refund, done waiting.

Reply to their below response; I asked for proof that the refund was issued and, of course, no answer to this either. No refund issued. Beware of scam.

Place a order on April 18 call the company on may 2nd they don’t answer the phone they just said they will refund my money (BY TEXT) hopefully they will if they don’t lesson learn for sure is a SCAM

Communication is key to any business. Inside and out. People slip thru the cracks each day in order apon order but where a company really stands out is how they handle the stress of the over bearing phone calls and emails and making sure each customers questions are met in a timely fashion. This was not the case for my purchase as it was 3 weeks before the first contact and phone call. Truth is god's will and I appreciate that the company had contacted me finally but this story ends with a cancelled order and a customer left with the feeling of mistrust in a online world already full of lies and corruption. Simple communication and a positive change to making sure you address the costumers consern will allow customers to trust in your business and grow. Good Luck to all in the future.

Poor communication. Still waiting on shipment of fender flairs. Phone calls are not answered and no response to my emails.

“Canada shipping takes 2-12 days for customer to receive it is very deceiving”. That by no means is the expected time for your product to arrive. Ordered on the 1st, “awaiting shipment” on the 6th. 2 weeks later still hasn’t shipped. 2 emails, a call and texts without a straight answer. Don’t expect customer service or quick turn around. I will update if or when the product ships/arrives. As of right now it has not been a pleasant experience so buyer beware.

I’ve called, emailed and emailed again. The same as all the people before me. No communication and no response to my inquiries. It’s now been a month and no update. Do they actually sell truck parts?

i ordered exhaust headers for 09-13 toyota corolla (E140) for my boyfriends birthday. i ordered them on march 21st and it’s april 13th and still haven’t heard anything. i’ve emailed multiple times and no one has responded, i’m starting to think this place is a scam, i would really recommend shopping somewhere else for your car parts. i’ve left a review on the product itself stating my concern as well and i’m hoping for at least confirmation from this company that my order is still on its way as well as a tracking number but it’s seeming like that’s never going to happen at this rate, please shop somewhere else

I bought another part for my summer Car from this site very good service they answered to my emails very fast and got the same part as it was shown in the site !

Ordered performance headers for a 05 civic ex that was over two weeks ago I have sent them multiple emails to the two different email addresses they provide. I still have not even received a tracking number, don’t order from this company complete waste of money I wrote an email asking for a refund didn’t even get a response and that was a week ago. The response below is also false I never received any refund of any sort nor have they replied to my requests.

As a company owner i would have to say that I would not be in business very long if I ran my company this way!!!! I have placed an order in March 21/22. Received conformation on March 24/22 that the status was changed to awaiting shipment and have heard nothing since. Have made multiple calls to a mailbox that always seems full (I now understand why!!!) or a voice that doesn't answer with a company name???? I did get ahold of some woman who stated that they would call back. ( Q- what year???)
To sum it up I am feeling like I'm being taken for a ride and so is my hard earned cash by a bunch of crooks!!!!
The only Performance here is called the vanishing act and they will win the Oscar for their PERFORMANCE 1

If I could give 0 stars I would. They state 2-12 day delivery and I am at 22 and haven’t got a tracking number yet.
Emailed twice no response, called multiple times no answer and mailbox is full.
There is absolutely no costumer service.
Now I will try to figure out how to get a refund as I’ve got no product and can’t get any response. Seems like this place is a scam. Stand clear and find a supplier that has service and not just a “fake” website that promises everything and delivers nothing.

Bought pocket style fender flares for a 2011 Ford F-250 and waited for over a month for them to show up and they sent me oem looking cheap 2009-2014 f150 fender flares and will not respond to my email and when I call it says the mailbox is full, very unhappy with the service and now I’m pretty much out $320 because it seems I will not be getting a refund.

Parts were great, delivery was a little slow but understandable these days. When I called in the guy who answered seemed like I was putting him out asking for an update 4 days after I placed my order with no response except for my PayPal email.

Customer service not very polite. Product was delivered well after time set date. Product was good.
