Performance Me – Technology Property Services specialises in designing, deploying and managing connectivity across rural, remote and complex environments. We work with homeowners, estates and businesses where reliable connectivity is critical to day-to-day life and operations. These environments often depend on multiple systems — including broadband, Wi-Fi, voice and security — which are introduced over time and not always designed or managed as a complete, cohesive solution. Our approach focuses on ensuring these systems work together properly and continue to perform over time, not just at the point of installation. We place particular emphasis on real-world performance, recognising that connectivity needs to support how people live and operate day to day, not just meet technical specifications or theoretical design standards. We work across leading connectivity technologies, including Starlink — where we are a UK Authorised Installer — and UniFi, selecting and integrating the right approach for each environment rather than relying on a single product or provider. A key part of what we do is our ongoing Connectivity Care service. This provides continued oversight and management, taking responsibility across systems and providers so issues are resolved without being passed between them, ensuring connectivity remains reliable, consistent and aligned with evolving requirements.

A professional, careful and meticulous service

Richard offers a professional and thoughtful service at all stages of the process. He advised on and then installed a Starlink Service and new network through the entire house causing the minimum disprution possible. Now finished, for the first time ever we can stream TV, listen to music, access the internet and make mobile phone calls throughout the entire house - and garden !

Top notch secure network installation

Richard is great communicator, very knowledgable, dealt with snags and priblems without fuss. Worked really hard throughout the 4 day process to fit Starlink, Unify network and CCTV.

Richard installed ethernet cabling and…

Richard installed ethernet cabling and CCTV for me. He did a great job, worked around unexpected hurdles well, and was generally very pleasant - will definitely be using him again in the future.

Excellent Service

It's been a pleasure to work with Richard, he has great knowledge of the system and the products available. We had been using 4G wifi at our office, but the Starlink option has been a game changer. Thanks Richard.

Performance Me review

We asked Performance Me to carry out a site survey to establish suitability for Starlink high-speed satellite internet and a subsequent installation solution. In addition, we had poor wireless connectivity across the property from a variety of technology brands. Performance Me were professional, arrived on time and provided a survey report with solution proposal to install Starlink and a one brand network solution which increased our internet speed by approximately x12 will full wireless connectivity across the business. I would happily use Performance Me – Technology Property Services again in the future.’
