Excellent service we ordered the bed Thursday night got response first thing Friday morning. bed was delivered by Wednesday. I will definitely be using this company again. Delivery driver was very helpful and bang on the said time for delivery. Thank you

Bed is great quality for the price and was easy to assemble - no instructions included but wasn’t needed. Looks great in my bedroom, slept great thus far and hopefully stands the test of time! Excellent customer service, ordered bed on the Wednesday arrived on the Saturday, communication was excellent, arrived spot on time, bed well packaged, easy to assemble, the bed is beautiful, would definitely recommend this company, beautiful product and great communication!

Do not recommend
The bed frame is way to low and there were no Screw or clips for the wooden planks placed my mattress on my bed and the wooden plants aren’t the same size and keep falling into the bed it’s self.

The bed is designed to be a low bed, as it is not a traditional divan bed
Also in regards to the slats, no screws are needed as this gives you the option to use the space under slats as potential storage space

Wrong bed delivered but customer service good
Wrong bed delivered, wrong design and size. Contacted company to collect bed, they offered an exchange and money off the bed, I asked for a collection and full refund, so even though I didn't receive the right bed, the customer service was good.

Great quality bed at affordable prices
Delivered earlier than expected and communication was great, Clive kept us informed all way through and even arranged delivery for before 10am as requested so we wouldn’t need to take time of work
Bed and mattress is just what we needed and was a bargain with the extra20 code, saving 20% and free delivery

Arrived a little later butut drivér eas polite ⏲️ and friendly
I recieved this bed today delivery was great friendly guy no instructions atall so a bit of guess work was needed , not the greatest quality, but overall love this bed and would highly recommend.

Purchased a bed last week and was a bit sceptical as it was online and not knowing quality, but pictures dont do the beds justice. The bed is perfect for my son, who has his first big boy bed and he loves it
